The initial interview with Dave provided me with all the options and information I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciated the approach he used, which was so different from the pressure filled "hard sell" other companies tend to force on their prospective clients. Pricing was fair and several pricing options were available.

Had my roof replaced Spring 2021. shopped around a few different places to compare quotes and I went with DryHome because of their responsiveness and my previous experience with their good customer service. As far as price quotes go, they were in the middle and comparable to other companies that also have good reputations, so I felt like I was paying a fair price.
The consultation was done well and Nate did not try to sell me things I didn't need or want, which I appreciated. Scheduling the work was a little tricky since there has been factory related issues with certain shingle colors, but once we figured out how to move forward (settling on a color that was available sooner), then things were done fast and efficiently. I was very happy with everyone from DryHome that I interacted with and they did a great job on the roof and clean up. No complaints! Thanks guys!

I went with DryHome because they did a fantastic job on my parents' roof and so I trusted them. I just moved into my place and thought I just needed a few shingles repaired. Once they did the inspection, they informed me that I would need a new roof. I trusted their advice completely. They're quoted was extremely reasonable when compared with the neighbors' next door's roof.
They did an AMAZING job. They worked quickly and were respectful of the property. They cleaned up every nook and cranny after their work, including the neighbors' backyard. Afterwards, they did a follow up inspection. The bag of cookies in the mail was a very nice touch. These guys are the ones you want on your roof.

My wife gave up 3 hours of her morning to get an estimate. Nathan arrived, asked her if we had received any other estimates and if they were below $5,000. He then said to go with them, then. Wow. If their service is this arrogant and awful when they haven't made the sale then what must it be like after they have the money? Run away, go with Shiner or Summitt.this company is a piece of shingle.

Had some hail and wind damage. even a little water damage. I contacted Steve with DryHome based on the advice of a friend. They put me on the schedule a month after contacting them (they are pretty popular because of their popularity and quality of work). They came out early this morning, stripped the roof, replaced a couple sheets of damaged plywood, installed ice block and seals, flashing and high grade shingles. They did a great job. The clean up was great as well. They even went over everything with a magnet to look for any stray roofing nails. Great job DryHome!

My brand new siding was damaged at the fault of a landscaping company- This is one of the companies we contacted to give us an estimate for repairs based off positive customer reviews. Repairs include replacing three pieces of aluminum trim on the front of a townhouse. This company was the quickest to respond, a representative came out and took photos, and said he would send out his trim guy to take a look.
Two weeks went by, I called and asked for the status of the estimate, the woman that answered the phone said that there was no estimate in their system and was going to touch base with the representative that came out here. The following day, I received an email (no phone call) that they wouldn't take the job based on the scope and scheduling. Gave three stars since they did come out to my home quickly. It would have been more professional for a representative to call me sooner if they were unable to provide an estimate.

I called Dry Home to schedule an estimate for my roof and the scheduler was difficult to deal with. She tried to diagnose my roof problem and would not schedule the appointment. She said well "maybe it's a minor thing like a hole or something." I didn't appreciate that. I have used Dry Home in the past and have had good experiences with them. My experience today was unfortunate.

After talking with our neighbors and interviewing a few companies, we decided to go with DryHome Roofing & Siding, Inc. to replace our roof and gutters. It was a fabulous decision. We must say that, initially, there seemed to be only some subtle differences in pricing and materials between DryHome and another competitor but it was seeing their execution of the jobs in the neighborhood that made the difference for us.
As our neighbors had experienced, we found that the sales person was very low key but very thorough in explaining the details of the process, describing the pros and cons of the material choices, and in setting expectations. Once we signed the contract, the staff supported us through the entire job. They called us to remind us of the start time the day before the job and then called us at the start of each day thereafter to let us know what to expect in terms of who would be showing up and the work they would be doing.
Although the nature of the work is very noisy, the roofers and the gutter installers did their best to keep us unaware of their presence but offered a friendly hello each time we had to enter or exit the house. Their preparation and cleanup work far exceeded our expectations. As an example, we forgot to remove the tiles in our deck table, but they took the time to carefully take them out and store them in a safe place to ensure they would not be inadvertently broken.
When they left the job site at the end of the two days, you could not even tell they had been there except that our deck and front porch actually looked cleaner and more organized than when they started. Our new roof and gutters look beautiful and have made a positive difference in the curb appeal of our home, not to mention giving us peace of mind that we don't have to worry now about a leaky roof. We could not be happier with the work and the experience we had with DryHome.

Roofers.well they are all over the place with what they say in terms of repairs and replacement. I have been a Realtor for 26 years now and would highly recommend Dry Home. Steve runs a great shop and has a professional and friendly crew. They are not the cheapest.but they are a great value. And VALUE is what everyone should want. They have done numerous repairs for my clients and a few replacements.
Recently they did a repair on my own home and were great. If I had to say something negative.it would only be no Realtor discount! : Keep up the good work! Erik@AskMeAboutHomes.com

I called them for a small roof repair and they had to take my info and the scheduler had to call me back (dont know why it took several hours and the person who took the info couldn't schedule an appt but I could look past that) but when the scheduler called me back she said they didn't have any appointments for 3 months to give an estimate. Seriously? Just be an upfront company and say we cant take on jobs that small but we would love to have your business if you do a new roof of bigger repairs.

I've hired Dry Home for two separate minor repairs and I have been very pleased. The first was to repair some storm-damaged shingles. They came, repaired, billed. Easy. I never even had to meet with them at the home. The second visit was for a few more items which included a leak and general touch-ups for a 15+ year old roof. They made two visits for estimates (since we added items) and we were eventually able to get it all repaired to our satisfaction.
Once completed they walked through all the items (including 'before' pictures) and explained the work to me. I was very happy. I think it's also important to know that they didn't try to sell me on a new roof even though with an old roof they certainly could have tried. Instead I got very honest feedback regarding the condition of my roof and when I should consider replacing it.
The reason for the 'four' rating is due to their scheduling issues (which others mention). As I understand it, Mon-Thu is scheduled for large projects and Friday is their day for small jobs and overflow. If it rains during the week then the Mon-Thu work ends up being done on Friday and the small jobs get pushed back to the following week.
In theory, I think this makes sense, but with a leaky roof it's quite annoying to be pushed back and back and find yourself crossing your fingers and waiting for 'The Call' from their schedulers. In the future I will certainly work with them. If I had a major leak I would either push/demand to be on the schedule (not on Friday) but if it's something minor I'll probably just suck it up and take the Friday appointment (versus going with another company).

I have a leak on my roof--a vent that needs to be recaulked as well as some damage to my attic-entry frame (from when I slipped to get access to my attic to put a bucket up there) and a small water stain on my ceiling. I needed someone to take a look at where the leak is, install an attic door or fix the frame and just take a look at the water stain to make sure there's no damage to the ceiling. DryHome came recommended so I thought I'd call them first.
To even make an appointment, I had to wait for an estimater to call back and waited several hours. I called back again and was told that it could take 24 to 48 hours before they do! When the did call, they called the incorrect number, after I had given a specific day-time number and evening-number. Finally, the next day, I got someone on the phone and they said they don't do drywall or attic door installation, even though they advertise that they do windows, skylights, sun tunnels and things of that nature.
The person on the phone said the estimator wouldn't be able to cost out an attic door. I was annoyed that I wasted time calling them. Seemed too hoity-toity to bother with a small job.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to do business with! I only wish I had called them sooner. Dry Home was third roofing company to call and get an estimate from, but they were the ones I wanted to replace my battered roof. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable, the crew that came to do the work was efficient and professional. All this, and a good price. icing on the cake! Dry Home will be the FIRST one I call when it comes time to do my siding and gutters.

Dry Home Roofing is my go-to roofing company. I've used them to put a new roof on every house I've owned. I've found Dry Home to be very honest with pricing and explaining the various options they offer. Steve and his crew are always very professional and courteous. They show up on time. They leave the job site as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. I've been recommending them to friends and neighbors for years and so far everyone has been quite satisfied with the prodcuts and services provided by Dry Home Roofing.
