The majority of our work is done in a design/build arrangement, where both the design and construction of a project are under our umbrella. Here is how that process works with us. We will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs and ideas. Subsequent meetings may be required, but we will work quickly to move to the next step so that you will gain an early understanding of the available options and costs of your project. The scope of work and budget presented in the rough estimate are based on the design information and project specs collected to this point.

We added on to our house a few years ago and the one error we made is we had no roof overhang in the backyard. We called Ross at Dynamo and we are very glad we did. Ross came out and gave us some ideas and then, when we settled on an idea, he gave us a fair estimate. His guys were on the job in a few days and they did exactly what we were hoping for.
These guys are incredible! They did the job in just a couple of days and it looks absolutely perfect. I highly recommend these guys for any of your remodeling projects. Professional, honest, fast and reliable. All qualities you look for and Dynamo has them all.

Dynamo team was very professional from the start of the project by giving us ideas to ensuring that the city codes are followed and accommodating our special requests through out the project. They completed the our patio just in time for our kids birthday party as committed. Ross has been amazing thru the process taking personal interest to ensure everything comes out to our satisfaction. The end product was amazing (as you can see from the pictures - before and after).

Russ's crew came in tore down my old pergola, framed a new and improved one! We added a shingled roof on top and the result was awesome! Communication was great and he was responsive whenever I reached out with questions. Competitive prices and quality work! I would recommend and use in future projects.

Dynamo did a beautiful job on my new deck. I got the name from a neighbor who had used them so they came highly recommended. They tore out the old deck while leaving the foundation which was still in good shape, saving me an unnecessary expense. The price was fair and reasonable and Ross even added a few extras without even charging me. The new deck is larger and looks amazing. Ross and his entire crew were professional, prompt, meticulous and easy to work with. I highly recommend this excellent company and look forward to working with them again on other projects.

I have done 2 projects with Ross at Dynamo. 2yrs ago he built a very nice cedar patio cover for our yard. As with all custom projects there are some areas which need changing. Ross & his crew were very responsive to us, and we were very happy with the final result. Recently we contacted Ross about making a custom cedar shed for the yard. He did a great job & was very responsive & professional. Highly recommended!
