Audi came to my house even when I did not reply to the message (fell asleep). He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will likely need to replace cast iron piping, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about that, too. He is a good man and deserves a raise! Send him next time, too!

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.
This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.
It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. Collin was absolutely the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever met. He was very transparent, through and he did an excellent job documenting my issues, problems and options. Joey was phenomenal. We had called one company earlier in the week that had 2 men come out. No help. The next company no-showed when they were supposed to be here on a Saturday morning and called to apologize at the end of the day. I called On Time around 4:30 on a Saturday and Joey was there around 6 pm. He spent an hour and a half in our oppressively hot attic and completely resolved our multiple issues. Joey was pleasant, nice, honest, professional, and courteous. We could not be happier. Thank you.

Our AC capacitor stopped working in the middle of TX summer, and so we called On Time Experts to come out to take a look at it. They showed up by the next day, and Jerad was able to take care of the problem super quickly! He was very informative and explained everything in detail, and was also very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend them as your first call when you're in need!

Collin did a great job trying to fix our a/c outside unit. Unfortunately it was beyond saving (18 years old and in bad shape.). The good news was the cost of repairs was applied to the new system I had installed the next day. The dispatcher, Holly, kept me informed of where the crew was and when they would arrive. I'm really pleased with everything the On-Time Experts did for our home!

Such a great quality from the technicians! The main technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Was a great teacher to his apprentice as well as to me on the the inspection of my ac units, the current conditions, and preventive maintenance. They both were very respectful and helpful. Collin came out to the rescue, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Unfortunately, we had to get a entire new AC unit.! He got the process started and made us feel at ease. Great company and great workers. I would recommend On-Time to anyone! Workers came the next day to install the new unit and were on time like they said they would! I had a drain line clog in my washer line. Alex R. Came out. Got to my house in less than an hour. He was super professional. Explained everything along the way, best plumbing experience I've had by far, no comparison. Once he got that taken care of, he took a look at my water hose line that had busted and recommended replacement options for that as well. Will definitely be going forward with Alex and the on-time experts from now on for all of my plumbing needs.
