We have not used this company! We were however driving in front of one of the companies vehicles and he was all over the road, cutting people off, and trying to speed past people. We had to move over due to being concerned the driver would hit us with our kids in our vehicle. If you are going to be on the road in a company vehicle, I expect you to represent your company even while driving.

I'm so grateful I found this company. James has done a couple of roofing jobs for me. He responded quickly to my inquiries, was absolutely right in his his assessment of an insurance issue and got the problems taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend his company to anyone with roofing issues. The folks from JCI were awesome. I called them after one of the big storms we had recently because i was certain i had roof damage. I thought i was going to need a new roof. James' team came out the same day i called. inspected my roof and told me i did NOT need a new roof but instead a simple repair to the ridge. which they did right then. I appreciated the fact that they were quick, priced well, and didn't sell me something i didn't need. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience working with James. It's nice to do business with a company where you can work directly with the owner. James handled a lot of the communication with my insurance company regarding payment and pricing. He took time to explain a type of repairs and adjustments he was making to my roof. I would highly recommend JCI Roofing if you need any type of roof repairs.

We've not had the best of luck with other contractors for household work. We knew nothing about roofs but James was recommended by some friends. James came in, explained everything clearly, and worked with the insurance company to make sure we were getting everything we were supposed to get (our roof was pretty old before the hail storms). He and his men worked hard to get the roof done between forecast bad weather.
And then the new hail storm came. James still came out and checked out our roof again, and we were lucky that we weren't badly hit. We're very pleased with James and thankful that we found someone very reliable. If you want an HONEST roofer, we'd wholeheartedly recommend James and JCI Roofing.

They were very prompt in coming out to give me a free estimate. I felt like they were meticulous about spotting any other spots that needed repair (with pictures, and explanations about if it was just cosmetic or would cause future problems), as well as courteous. My main contact was George Spires (I may be misspelling his name, sorry), and he was very good to work with.
I felt like he was honest about what needed to be done, and he described exactly what they would do, and with what materials they would use. They were also very quick to come out and get the work done. I highly recommend working with them.

We've tried 3 roofers to help us with a persistent leak near our fireplace and all of them failed and were very costly. JCI Roofing took the time to understand the situation, assess the damage and repaired it accordingly. We have yet to test the result (no rain in the forecast yet) but the fact that their work is thorough, clean and professional.what I paid them is already worth the money compared to those previous roofers. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We were having trouble getting what we should from the insurance company after a bad hail storm in Dallas. James came in and worked with the adjuster to insure we were getting everything we were supposed to get. he is polite, knowledgeable, and really seeks to help his customers. He and his men worked hard in July heat to get the roof done in two days.

I cannot speak for their quality of work, because when I called and explained my situation (purchasing a house, option period, inspector found roof damage, and I wanted an estimate) the man I spoke with said he really did not want to get involved with this. He said he would email me a rough estimate by looking at an arial view of the house and he never did. So not sure what all that was about, but hopefully someone else will have better luck with their service.
