Amazing service by Greg. He explained the issue I was having with the system, thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and took the cover out with water and such. I appreciate that he has a deep knowledge of doing stuff and explaining the whole time why I need it and how it helped my system. event hat its almost 13 years old.

Our system was not working. Sean quickly assessed and identified the problem -- our capacitor was bad, and he replaced it for us, then tested it. And it was not such an extended time as I expected. I would recommend him if you need any HVAC repair

Amazing service great company our heater stoped working tonight and Oscar the tech arrived within an hour. He discovered that hour blower motor was burnt and replaced it with a new one. From the salesman, Sean to the installers Chris and his assistant everyone was exceptional! Sean was extremely knowledgeable explaining the type of system that would best suit our needs, and then answered all our questions and concerns. Chris and his assistant called and let us know exactly what time they would be arriving. They immediately got to work being very careful with everything in our home.

They worked diligently and did not stop until our installation was complete. Chris explained our new system and the new thermostat. They cleaned up all the trash, vacuumed and straighten everything that was displaced. We are extremely pleased and would gladly recommend this company to friends and family!

They provided excellent customer service. Ryan was willing to turn around from being almost home to come back and service my air conditioner late on a Friday evening after a full day of other service orders. He was there until 10 at night making sure everything was in proper working order. He then called me a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was still working properly. The commitment to customer service is exceptional!

Our entire system needed replacing, we were referred to TRC by our next door neighbors. This second opinion was totally spot on! Ryan our representative is amazing. His knowledge, skills and ability to correctly determine our situation and translate it to us in articulate, compassionate and a realistic manner exceeded our expectations. He was on time, and called as stated and even accepted our call after hours.

We had been without heat during freezing temperatures, he spoke with his manager and in less than 24hours our entire 29yr old unit was totally replaced at a very reasonable price. He is a fabulous representative and the installer's: Miguel, Brian, Xavier and Daniel are exceptional as well. Our neighbors will be treated to a steak dinner for the best referral ever! Thanks guys. After putting in three home warranty requests through another provider (at $75 a call), my AC was still not working. Luckily this time, my warranty used Right Choice as the provider and my house feels great now. Even after a scheduling mishap due to them running late, I would still recommend because the technician was so apologetic and assured me he would prioritize my case at the next possible opening.
