Another company charged me for a chimney sweep then told me my fireplace was a fire hazard. In order to use again, they would need to replace liner. I called Atlanta Chimney Doctor and the Owner/Operator told me the recommendation from the inspection was a sales scam. I showed him pics of my fireplace and he said I was good. I appreciate his candor and integrity.

I recently purchased a home and found out the siding was crumbling inside of my chimney run, I called roughly 10 chimney companies in Atlanta and not one answered or returned my call. After calling Atlanta Chimney Dr I was able to speak with Chuck. He had me send him pictures of my concern and told me how to fix it myself! Will be using him in a couple of weeks for a total chimney sweep.

Thank you Chuck and his crew for fast efficient and honest service. I had them out to clean and inspect my fireplace chimney. Its a full masonry brick fireplace from 1971 and has not been cleaned in ages. I was happy to hear no safety issues were found. A new flue damper was recommended since mine has been broken to cut down on heat loss. I know many companies would have tried to find issues on a 1971 fireplace but not Chuck's crew. They were super honest and worked fast but through and cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly recommended. Thanks again

Book at your own risk as they probably won't show up! Started out really professional booked me for a Saturday & called to confirm the day before. The day of he calls me from a blocked number (good thing I answered) saying his car broke down & he can reschedule me for 2 weeknds later. Fast fwd 2 wknds (today) he calls me at the time of my appt & tells me he can't make it. I appreciate the "courtesy" cancel calls but with a leaky chimney this is unacceptable & all around bad business

Chuck has been servicing our chimney for several years. Last year he saved us money by installing a new Enervex Chimney Fan rather than rebuild our entire chimney. The fan has worked beautifully. They are a customer service based company and always confirm their arrival. I would highly recommend this company for any chimney or fireplace issues.
