Changed my hot water heater. Get your quote in writing. The price changed after the installation, twice. They had 4 people here, so I didn't argue. A month later, the hot water heater went out in the other unit. The guy from another company, installed it for less, and did it to code. He then brought the one in my unit up to code. Everything was so nice and clean when he was done, I ended up asking him to do over $2000 worth of work. I, now, have a reliable, honest plumber to do all the work on my place and it's not K2.

I called Tony on a Saturday morning very worried that I would have to pay a weekend fee for a plumber. He had me send him photos of my issue. He told me exactly what to buy at Home Depot and when I came home with the part he talked me through how to install it. No charge! K2 has a customer for life!

Gave the guy a 16k job. He would only come to my house once or twice a week. Once you pay them, is hard for the owner to return your phone calls. Once you pay him he gets an ugly attitude he doesn't change all the pipes he's supposed to change. I'm in the process to take him to court and get some of my money back. He left a big hole on my wall and so far, 2 rat's has came inside my house. Left floors in the room, living room, back yard and front yard busted open. please, don't give this man your hard working money. He's a thief. I wi see him in court.

I was referred to K2 Plumbing by my property management company, Serafina, to replace my home's leaking, ancient water heater. I left VM and got a callback in 2 minutes from Carmine. He was professional and answered my questions, e-mailed me an estimate, and I had my new water heater installed two days later. Larry, the plumber who installed it, was prompt and knowledgeable, wonderful at answering my questions, and he got the job done without any drama.
He even tidied up afterwards. As Serafina described them to me, they are "good people", the knowledgeable kind you find on HGTV home repair shows and wish you could find locally. These are good people with a strong work ethic. I would definitely recommend K2 Plumbing. The company is also a general contractor, so I'm considering hiring them for some home renovations. Update 1/19/20: While I have no complaints about my new water heater, I can no longer recommend K2 Plumbing with as much gusto.
I'm still waiting for my permit, which has never been filed for (at least according to the City of Tamarac). Carmine doesn't return my calls or texts. I know he's had health problems, so maybe that's why. He seemed like a really good guy otherwise. Sorry about this.

My stepdad owns rental properties and he's had a great experience with Carmine and recommended him. K2 installed a new water heater for us and now recently changed out a valve in our bathtub. Everything's been working great. The guys that changed out the valve had to cut into our tile and wall and they were extremely cautious with vacuuming the dusk so it didn't get everywhere. They did a beautiful job and the price for labor was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a plumber today ASAP at my new condo. A family friend recommended Carmine and K2, and I'm glad they did. Carmine came to our place, diagnosed the problem, and within a few hours, I had a new water heater installed. Carmine and Larry worked clean and neat, careful and exacting, and gave me tips on my a/c, too. I'm sad I had an issue, glad I found someone I can depend on.
