We are scheduled to have a patio cover installed, I gave them a down payment of $1500. It is going on almost 3 months now I have left messages for Ron and he has not returned my email or texts to at least give me an update on our material that supposedly were ordered. We had a Foam and Metal Roof installed on our Green Valley RV Resort Park Model. Great Sales Staff & Install Crew- efficient, reliable & prompt. Thanks Troy, Xavier, Juan, Robert, and Randy. We are so pleased with the Result. The Roof looks great, and we've already noticed a difference in the cooling Effect of the Product!

Professionals from top to bottom! The awning over our car port and Arizona room blew off in a micro burst 3 weeks ago, leaving us very vulnerable to rain. Westerner was out the next day doing an emergency secure - thanks Geoff! Estimator Troy expedited a thorough repair estimate, and Westerner installed the replacement just in time before another thunderstorm came slamming through. (Yes, there can be thunderstorms in May in Tucson!) The crew worked very hard, was very professional and easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and cleaned up every night. Thanks Geoff, Emilio, two Xaviers, and field supervisor Randy!

Will never buy from them again. Products are great, however, customer service not so much. One sales guy is great he's super helpful and very friendly. The other guy is rude and off-putting. While I was there to buy some skirt I casually asked about their metal roofing. He snotty replied that only professional roofers, theirs, should install their roofing. Stated I had no business even trying since I had no construction experience.
I joked saying I was pretty handy he replied handy has nothing to do with it and I'd only mess it up and not to bother unless I hired them to install. He doesn't even know me and how much experience I have doing anything. This was the second rude experience I've had with this guy. The first time he tried to sell me the wrong product then argued with me that I gave him the wrong info even though the person that was with me kept telling him he was wrong and repeated several times what I had originally said. Well you win I'm buying my supplies elsewhere. Way to foster good business in this economy.

The product is awesome and very attractive. We have it over four of our patios. Frank installed the product and was most amazing. He was prompt, worked efficiently despite the 100+ temperatures, thorough, and exceptionally neat. He had to move some of the potted plants to access the work area and returned them before leaving. Ron, the estimator, was to provide 3 options but said if my husband was not interested in #3 to let him know so he wouldn't have to do it.
Option #3 is the one we would have chosen but only received two and these necessitated a phone call to get it. Customer service and public relations is not his strong area. I do recommend the product and Frank. I recommend the company if you can work around Ron.
