3W Design

I read all of the fantastic reviews before selection 3W design. maybe I was my designer's first real job - the end result is pretty but functional design elements are lacking. Unfortunately I am reminded of the deficits every time I do something in the kitchen. To get the dishwasher detergent out of the cabinet - be sure to close the dishwasher first unless you want the cabinet door to bang into the open dishwasher.

Oh and remember to close the dishwasher if you want to open the refrigerator - unless you want scratches on the refrigerator door. Cabinet door opening extends further than the wall and hits the wall every time. These aren't things I would have anticipated but would hope would be addressed in the design. My sense is that she overreached on style and failed to include cabinet spacers, etc that would have addressed these problems. Signed, Disappointed!

When it was time to remodel our three upstairs bathrooms, we were looking for a company that could honor the history of our Colonial that was built in 1776. Finding someone who understood this, and the desire to create spaces that were both more contemporary, yet preserved the touches of a Colonial era was of utmost importance. And, of course, superb craftmanship and attention to details were equally as important.

There was no doubt that we were going to achieve our goals when we hired 3-W Design, Inc., Concord's women owned and operated design firm. Owner and chief designer Lea Kelsey understands a client's vision. She also loves older homes and manages to bring out the best in them. We had worked with her a few years prior to remodel our older farm kitchen, and we were eager to engage her firm once again.

Our remodels went quite smoothly (all three bathrooms at once!), and from design concept to completion the 3- W craftsmen created the most beautiful spaces we could have imagined. Hand crafted tiling, flooring and lighting all lent themselves to create stylish and purposeful bathrooms for our guests. Our master bath now reflects the nuances of both original and more contemporary furnishings.

I can't give enough accolades to this team! From new hardwood floors to custom cabinetry to unique fixtures and lighting, the designs were executed perfectly. Even with Covid influenced delays, 3-W and their contractors managed the entire project with excellent communication, and the ability to pivot when necessary. Today we have the beautiful spaces we had envisioned, thanks to 3-W Design, Inc. We can't wait to engage them again in future projects. Judi and Ralph Case

Beth did an outstanding job providing a wonderful design for our kitchen remodel. The space is narrow and she utilized all available square footage making it much more functional. She also assisted us with options for cabinet, lights, appliances, counters etc and was very responsive to any inquires that we had. The kitchen has gone from a dark, dingy and dated space to one that is very welcoming and enjoyed. She truly made an overwhelming task much easier.

Lea Kelsey, from 3 W Design, worked with us to create the kitchen of our dreams. Lea and her team were total professionals. Every step of the process was painless, she listened our thoughts and came back with a fabulous plan that complemented our modern style home. The contractors involved were a pleasure to work with, their work was top notch and completed in a timely basis. We will be enjoying this kitchen for many, many years and would work with 3W Design again!

Cheryl designed our office space. She was a pleasure to work with and it came out better than we had hoped. In fact it was awarded the Best office space in Concord. Thanks for the awesome job!

I used Pam Greene at 3W Design a couple of years ago and she designed a mudroom that was Fantastic! I'm sorry that I did not go further and use her expertise for the contractor as well. So sorry that she went on to another company to design exclusively. I have since used Lisa at 3 Design for assistance in the accessories for my master bath and my guest bedroom.

Since she had to work around what was already in the rooms and she had to work with my very detailed desires she too was fantastic and very patient. I found that I needed help to expose me to new and different ideas and ways to decorate so I definitely am a fan and will use 3W Design again.
