Chapel tractor is a great place for the working Man in your household. They have a variety of options to choose from everything from still to Husqvarna. They have a clothing shop they also have a ton of tools and different things you wouldn't think that a tractor place would have. The staff there is great and friendly and very interactive with you and very very helpful.
I went in there to get a lawn mower tractor key and was in and out of there in about 5 minutes they found my key matched it up and it was only $2.75 which I was amazed because I've lost keys before and they were in the price range of about $100 now I'm not saying that can't happen if you have a Makita I've heard they can be that expensive so it just depends on what you have I happen to have Husqvarna.

I bought a bx2380. They delivered it to me, and Garret was my salesman. This tractor is freaking awesome, the guys down there are super helpful. I don't remember who delivered but he took his time to show me everything about the tractor. I really appreciate everything they've done, I didn't even know they had other stuff downstairs as well (specifically chainsaw stuff for me).
If it wasn't so far away from me I'd probably be hanging out there a lot more. They have a whole section for apparel too. My wife hates me going there, it's probably the ultimate "dad store".

Went to buy something for cutting grass. Each salesman pushed me off to a different salesman. I wasn't in thier price range. Ha. I have money. Or the money. I'm just looking for options. Instead I got, . Hold on, let me transfer you to this guy. Then this guy. Nevermind. I'll look elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. It's too bad. This place came highly recommended.

Have had three tractors and a zero turn here. I just dont know why I keep going back. Initial purchase is always great. The financing department is great and is probably the reason I have kept going back. I have had some run ins with service on the first tractor but they have came through for me on the second tractor. The worst feeling is when you call in after using your new tractor (4hrs of use, I bought it and we didnt have the new house yet so it was kept inside my garage) then realizing that you would like a different attaching bucket (the pin on bucket was never used ) and the sales man telling you its worthless to them even unused and that they dont usually sell this type of bucket (well you sold one to me).
Or maybe he just sold me what they had at the time (his words not mine). I dont want something for nothing but I just dont feel like my business is appreciated, I also always feel like I am chasing the salespeople there too.

Excellent service all around. Brad and team are always quick to address any issues. I own a small landscaping and firewood company. I get all my mower blades and chainsaw chains sharpened by Scottie downstairs. They always come back clean and razor sharp, better than new. I always look forward to shopping here.

Dealt with the worst salesman ever his name is Jason, told him I was interested in a tractor I had seen online his short answer was it is sold, I then asked him about a 2nd tractor and he said he sold all of that type tractor on Monday and Tuesday, today is Thursday and they are still on the website. The worst part was he never asked if he could help with anything just gave short answers.
I will be buying a tractor new or used but not from Chappell Tractor. Thank you Brad After talking with you I realized my distaste for doing business with you and your company had nothing to do with you or your company and only a rude employee. I appreciate you dealing with the issues directly it shows integrity so thanks for your handling of the issues. Bob

This place was amazing to walk around an look at all the items they have for the outdoors all the climbing gear an saws the line of boots they carry guaranteed they have what you want. Took my 3yr old son there took me a hour to get him outta there! This place is packed with great tools an the sales people that we spoke with while there were helpful in every way possible.

I usually do not write reviews, but sometimes you need to give credit where credit is due. The short story is, a few months ago I was in the market for a new skid steer. As a site contractor, I have owned all brands of equipment, everything from Hyundai, to Volvo, Doosan, Bobcat, Cat, and JCB. I called Chappell looking for a few attachments, not knowing that they sell equipment. Having dealt with pushy salesmen after pushy salesman, and false promises by multiple dealerships throughout both MA and NH, I was quickly burnt out after only a few weeks of skid steer shopping. Luckily, Paul LaPointe answered my call. Paul was professional, extremely knowledgeable, brutally honest, and not pushy.
He went above and beyond. He immediately answered my calls, responded to my emails, and we even had a text thread. Paul is simply on a different level. His service and Chappell's great reputation were substantial factors that led me to purchase a new Kubota SVL-75. Months later, the machine continues to perform great and Paul and I continue to stay in touch. My advice is to give Chappell a shot. You'll be glad that you did.

I have now purchased 2 new Kubota tractors from Chappell and could not be happier with the service from sales and delivery. I shopped around several places selling Kubota's in southern NH and was kept waiting days for a simple call back. Not at Chappell. Responses came within an hour, questions answered quickly and tractor delivered on time and dropped off without a hitch. Delivery driver was very friendly, explained all the features on the new B series and left me feeling that I had made the best choice in going with Chappell.

I had at least 3 choices on where to buy my tractor. I was getting better customer service from Chappell, and my friend who has bought 4 machines from Chappell told me that the customer service after purchasing would be excellent. He did not steer me wrong. We have the perfect tractor for our needs and I have received help with my questions from the staff in the shop with hand on demos, and on December 24th, Garrett came out to fix an issue. That was unexpected, and a very valued dedication to the customer. Shop around, but buy here and you will get the best customer service.

Best place around for Kubota sales, parts, service, and all power equipment needs by far! The guys at the parts counters (both upstairs and downstairs) have saved my butt at least twice by staying later than they are technically open on a Saturday for me to pick up parts. I've had a couple breakdowns, that are simply accidental or wear items, on the weekends that would leave the tractor inoperable where it sits (usually in the field where it's working) and it's been a life saver. I've also had some major service done (transmission rebuild) on one of my tractors and the communication was top notch. You guys have my business, it's rare to find a company that treats customers the old fashioned way!

Today I met Jeremiah, Chappell Tractor's Service and Parts Manager. I was having an issue with my chainsaw and he took it upon himself to fix it. It was Saturday at closing time but he wouldn't quit. When he was done, all he asked for was a handshake. Very rarely do you find customer service like this. EVERYONE, please join me in purchasing all of your tractor and chainsaw supplies from Chappell Tractor. I am now a lifetime customer! Thank you Jeremiah!

Not tractor related but I had gotten a leak in one of my car tires a couple miles down the road and was trying to make it a few more miles to replace it. My tire was almost completely flat so I pulled into Chappell Tractors and one of the mechanics in the service bay filled my tire for me so I could make it to the tire shop. He would not accept any money from me, didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, and really saved my day. I didn't catch his name but just wanted to thank him for his help!

The buying experience was okay but the servicing experience on a used tractor that I bought was terrible. Whoever inspected the tractor never did a proper job and no one followed up after that so when my tractor was delivered I found literally many many many things wrong and I'm still to this day finding things wrong 6 months after the purchase. IE replacement of the battery, air conditioning and heater system (which in about 3 or 4 repair cases of different items I had to split with them so they wouldn't lose money!) nuts bolts missing, low radiator fluid, low windshield wiper fluid, missing approximately a gallon of transmission fluid which is for the Hydraulics as well didn't even register on the dipstick. electrical work that they did had to be completely undone after they sent a mechanic out and redid it.
I think the follow-up was pretty poor and I kept saying have you checked have you checked and they kept saying oh yes oh yes oh yes thoroughly. I say BS to that. be aware when buying new or used and follow up and check it out yourself otherwise you're going to get screwed!. I will not do business with them again!

New to the area, I have now had 4 occasions to visit Chappell Tractor in Milford, NH. From my purchase of a zero-turn mower, to my most recent visit to repair a snow chain for our Kubota L-Series tractor, I wanted to complement them (in every department) for exceptional customer service and support. Oh, and don't think of these guys as just a tractor/mower sales/service stop.
They also have a full complement of top-line clothing and accessories which is absolutely mind-blowing! Great experience, and I can't wait to go back (as the need demands).

Nice people HOWEVER, I took my lawnmower (which I had bought there) to them because it refused to start. They told me I had accidentally added some diesel fuel to the gas (guilty as charged). They wanted $240 to replace the carburetor, air filter, and a few other things. Yikes! I refused and took my sick mower back home. Then I did what common sense would tell you to do - I dumped out the bad fuel and put in some fresh gas. Vroom, all better.
They could have done this too but instead chose to screw me. Shame on you guys. Never again. I also had bought an expensive snow blower there. They'll never see me again.

A very high quality outfit. Service and parts staff VERY knowledgeable about equipment: diagnostics, problems, how to use. Generally pretty straight and honest about new product capabilities, pitfalls and strengths. No high pressure sales. Prices are about standard. And they stand behind their work. Their prices are pretty standard for a high quality dealer.
Wish they were less, but it is kind of get what you pay for. As regards their consumer equipment brands, I have found the Stihl products more reliable and better quality than the Husqvarna. I feel good about recommending this business to others.

I needed a new chainsaw and decided on either a Stihl or Husqavarna. Chappell is dealer for both and they had quite a few model in stock (called ahead to verify). Not to mention they are a gold standard Stihl service center. I worked with Adam to select a model, he discussed the various options of both models I had picked out. I selected out a farm/ranch Stihl and he fired it up to make sure it worked ok. Needed a quick adjustment by the shop to get the idle right but after that it ran fine.
They even had a promotion going on for a case/chain/hat for only $29 (the case alone costs more than that). Nice showroom, plenty of parts and selection. Hope I never need service but if I do, I'll be going back to Chappells.
