This impressive mixed-use development is at the site of the former location of Rowe's Quarry and features a layout that can accommodate a spectacular boulevard road. With Hancock Associates' services, the project was permitted for 2,800 residential units, 150,000 square feet of commercial space and a 250-room hotel.
H.W. Moore, a division of Hancock Associates, provided services related to the design of utilities and securing permits from the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Boston Conservation Commission, Boston Transportation Department and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for this 2.38-acre, mixed-use development.
