I'm a tenant of a duplex with a rat problem. This company sent out a great salesman, thoroughly checking everything around the exterior and in the crawl space under the duplex. He convinced my landlady that if something wasn't done, it would only get worse, possibly causing broken pipes, etc. He told me they would do all sorts of things including cleaning out the duct work because he said it looked like the rats had chewed through it in places.

But apparently he said something different to my landlady, which did not include cleaning out the air ducts. So they charged her $9000 to get rid of the rats, $5000 of which was to subcontract another company to come in and remove the insulation from under the duplex because the rats had nested in it and pulled some of it out. That job took about 6 hours for 3 guys to do.

It was my understanding, and in fact I was told by one of the pest guys that the old insulation would be taken out and new put in. But the subcontractor said, no, they were only hired to remove the old. $5000 to remove insulation! And then they also pulled out the black plastic that was on the ground - a vapor barrier, I think it's called. They weren't supposed to do that, but All Natural Pest Elimination will not be putting it back in.

My landlord has to pay someone extra to replace the vapor barrier AND put in new insulation. So, basically, for thousands of dollars, all this company did was replace the outside vents with screen that the rats hopefully can't chew through, put bait stations under the duplex, fixed one hole beside the duplex, sprayed some neutralizer under the duplex and subcontracted to have the old insulation removed. It's difficult to get a straight answer from these guys.

One of them said rats had chewed holes in the air ducts underneath, another said they hadn't. One said the old insulation would be removed and new installed. Another said, no, they don't do that. One said the air ducts would be cleaned out. Another said, no we don't do that. The day after the insulation was pulled out, someone came out to check the job, but didn't let me know, so I was at work and couldn't let them in.

So they rescheduled that appointment for 2 weeks later! Any responsible company would have realized it was their mistake and volunteered to come even on a weekend to get the job done. I can't emphasize enough what a rip off this company is. It's too bad my landlady felt pressured to sign the paperwork that first day instead of checking with other pest control companies for a better price. There's no way the work they did was worth $9000! Don't waste your money on this company!

Brad showed up early for my scheduled appointment because of the frustration we were going through. Discussed what and how they do what they do. Very impressed, scheduled service for the next morning. Austin was amazing and they are so wonderful. These guys all rock! Dylan is my local inspector and he has been such a great help, as well as giving great recommendations and been very attentive and I can't thank him and the company enough for dealing with everything at my new house

Salesman assumed I had a much lower level of knowledge than I do and repeatedly lied using scare tactics to get me to make a purchase. He repeated incorrect information and tried to manipulate me with his lies. This was very much an unethical sales method and I urge you to stay away from this company.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. I paid $2000 to get rid of my mice for 6 months. I was told that they would repair any air vents or holes underneath the house where the mice were getting in and would bate underneath the house as well. They would continue to bate for 6 months. They made their last visit today and said mice are still getting in and all the bate was gone, so additional work was required and I would have to pay another exorbitant fee to get rid of the mice. LIARS. WHAT A CROCK OF BULL. It's obvious that they did not continue to bate and did not fix where mice were getting in.

If there was a option to put no star I would! I'm not a customer but had a theft on my property where our fence was cut I checked cameras an saw that there driver was on my property I didn't see this person stealing or doing anything wrong other than trespassing however since I'm not a customer and since I have a long drive way with private property signs an no trespassing signs all over it I called the company to ask the appropriate questions of WHY there driver was there?

I was hung up on the first time an spoke to a total of 3 disrespectful employees I told them i could email pictures of license plate an Employee truck number if they needed me to? They took light of the situation an still as of right now waiting to hear back from them with any follow up information. The final manager I spoke to told me that these arnt real CONCERNS and that this is only my opinion so I informed that manager I would take what happened to the review page an let the general public decide if I'm the one in the wrong or if this had happened to them how they would of felt with the unprofessionalism occiated with this company! Use caution with this company. Please read. Get bids from other companies. We hired them to do a job they never completed. I had a call for them to actually show up onto the property even though we have a contract. Found out they weren't filling the boxes up properly. Sales person trying to hustle me and didn't realize I had a commercial pesticide license.

Prior to working as the maintenance at this property. Salesperson was very rude. Ask them for a bid to seal out rodents at an apartment complex that I maintain. Gave me a bid for $16,000. When I called other companies for bids and let them know how much all natural is charging. Companies can't believe it. finally found some bids from 1500 up to 3500. From the company I worked at all the way up to other companies in the valley and that was in Josephine county and in Jackson county. All natural is ridiculous and thieves.

Chris Jones is awesome! I haven't had anyone suit up and actually crawl around under my house for my quarterly inspection in about two years. They would check bait and put back. But Chris checked every possible opening to make sure it was secure. He also listened to what my pest needs were, offered suggestions with no pressure to purchase more services.

We had a duck come down our chimney and land in our fireplace. Within minutes of our call, TJ drove from Meridian to Boise and removed the duck safely. He also gave us excellent advise to protect our home from squirrels. He was very very generous with his time and professional. I highly recommend All Natural Pest Elimination.

Heard a critter up in the rafters inside the garage and called another service first only to be told they weren't excepting new customers. The other service offered me an appointment for late February.ummm no. I called All Natural Pest Elimination and they were great working with my schedule to set up a appointment for the next day. They ended up calling me back and saying they can actually come and see me on the same day and so that was even better.

The inspector "Danny" was very professional and really knew his stuff and said he had many years of experience. He did an outstanding inspection of not just the issue but for all other possible seasonal pest issues as well. He quickly eliminated all the bad things and determined it was a temporary guest that seems to have left the area. This company has scammed my mom for over 10k she hired them for a rat infestation someone came out and she paid them over 2k to get rid of the rats. It has been 4 months and they came back out and said she needed all new insulation under the house and all of this other garbage nailed rabbit wire to rotting siding and charged her an additional $7700 for awful looking work that has not been completed.

We are contacting asking for a refund and will use someone else. If they refuse refund we will dispute through bank. She still has Rats in her home and they have wiped out her savings they came to her home and said she needed all of these things and she was super sick with covid19 so didn't realize she had agreed to all of these charges until they started appearing as invoices in her email. Every single day for 5 days they charged her card between $1400-$1750 do not use this company stay as far away as possible.

Very dissatisfied I felt like they took advantage of my age and sold me a package way too expensive and he used my vulnerability ( I was afraid to delay because of the rodents) each time they came out it was a different situation and person all I wanted was to have the rodents gone but they sold me a story about my wood under the house and I fell for it.

I learned a valuable lesson ALWAYS get a second opinion. They are still trying to have me renew my service with them. NEVER. This is in GRANTS PASS OREGON, I do not live in San Francisco? The manager came out and he was very understanding and listened to me we ma aged to come to a agreement which I am happy with, I applaud his character.

No Buggy All Natural Pest fighting team has made my home pest free while keeping it bird friendly. The all natural way to keep pests away keeps me healthier and never irritates my asthma. They are a hard working bunch who cheerfully do what they say they will do. Home, sweet home!

The company did a good job in ridding us of rats and wasps but the price was high though it included one year of service for rodents and lifetime service for "bugs." Then the firm became a "all natural pest" by constantly calling us to offer free inspections and to make matters worse we get calls from both the Medford and Talent offices!

A couple months ago we had a mole problem and was recommended All Natural by my brother who works at Oregon Truck and Auto Authirity. They were wrapping All Natural's Van's and he said I should call them. It has been an amazing experience since the very first call! They came out right away. James did our initial visit and actually ended up finding a leak under our house.

He was so patient while I called to have a plumber come out and was extremely through in everything he did. We ended up purchasing the mole and gofer package. Each of the individuals who have been to our house have been kind, and gone above and beyond for us! So grateful to have All Natural and I will absolutely be sticking with them for all our needs! They are very highly recommended!

This is the worst excuse for pest control we have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Their "natural" pest control for rats cost an EXORBITANT yearly fee that consisted of them placing plastic trays with green squares of poison, YES, what YOU can buy in the store (like Decon) in the attic, and then complaining about having to come out too often when something started decaying and my husband asked for its removal.

In the last month of our contract we called after hearing scratching in the attic. They waited until the day AFTER the contract expired to show up and did nothing! Called JUST BUGS, (the absolute BEST in the valley-I've used them for years at my home before I married and moved) and they discovered it was a squirrel. Brought down all the bait traps and let us know there was still a dead rat up there that was never removed. "Natural" also provided monthly service to a senior I know and her home was overridden with spiders, ants and wasps every month and including ONE DAY after another treatment!

Once again, called Just Bugs and all of the insects were gone in 24 hours. They lied to us, cheated us, failed to fulfill their contractual obligations and then had the nerve to say we had to sign up for another year if we wanted more of their excellent service. They were 4 times the cost and nothing "natural" about them except perhaps their ability to lie.

While it's true that they refunded our money, this wasn't even the WORST part of our experience. My husband ended up in the hospital and almost died from an infection traced to a bacteria from decayed rodents that he came into contact with while trying to clean out the attic. He survived after almost two full weeks in the hospital by having surgery and undergoing a treatment regimen of antibiotics that caused permanent damage to his body.

His hospital bill was just an extra "bonus!" The owner stated to us that he was unaware of the whole poison rat trapping procedure they used but I find that hard to fathom especially since I recently learned that they did the exact same thing to friends of mine in Medford. HORRIBLE!

We have recently heard the unpleasant sounds of rats in the attic space. Then I witnessed a rat first hand in our garage. AJ from All Natural came out to our place to inspect/solve our rat issue. He was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! Im excited to have the current rats "removed", and all future rats prevented! Thank you!

All Natural Pest Elimination is an honest company to work with. I have worked with them as a vendor for over a year and I can speak with authority that they run their business professionally, respectfully, and sound. I work with their management team and their concern for their clients and the quality of the service they provide is high. I would absolutely recommend them to any vendor or customer.

BEWARE! Do be very, very careful hiring this company. Last summer we had squirrels or rats take up residence between the floors of our two story house. Because we could hear them gnawing through the joists, my husband cut a hole in the ceiling where we could hear them and (reluctantly) put rodent poison in between the joists, but it wasn't working, so we decided to call a professional to do something about it.

We got All Natural to come in to give us a quote. The serviceman claimed he saw a squirrel in the attic crawl space the moment he put his head up there. Claimed it was a Gray Tree Squirrel, and that it was protected as an endangered species (HAH!), and that he would have to use live bait traps and relocate any trapped squirrels. Total cost? $3,595.00!

Imagine if we were elderly folk who didn't know any better? I think that is incredibly unethical. We have tree and ground squirrels all over our farm. Just to make sure, I called federal and state authorities who said, "No way is the tree squirrel protected in these parts". Persistence by my husband on putting out poison finally worked. Total cost? $20 for the bait.

Bat in the Bedroom Last night I was reading a bit in bed and suddenly there came a wild fluttering casting shadows all about my room. I came to see it as some winged creature and supposed it a bat. Bounding out of bed I ran from the room and barred the door. Knowing that the bat had no possible means of escape, and being almost midnight; I went downstairs and told myself that I would get someone to take care of it in the morning; and retired to my sleep in a downstairs bedroom.

You see, I am not fond of bats.in fact, I am quite terrified of them! The next day Jack, from All Natural Pest Elimination pulled into my driveway with his massive truck. I could tell by the look of him that Jack meant business! A thorough examination of my bedroom yielded the fuzzy creature found clinging between a pleat in the curtains. He declared it a "Common Brown Bat" and set it free outside where it flew off across the creek and into the smoke-filled sky. Jack was very understanding of my Chiroptophobia. Thank you Jack! No Batty!

I really don't like writing bad reviews but in this case, I feel it is my duty to warn prospective clients to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We had a serious rat infestation in our house (new construction) and I was desperate and didn't do the research as I should have on this company. Long story short, I signed up for a ridiculously expensive yearly fee - at the time it sounded high but I was in a hurry.

I didn't find out just how exorbitant it was until I contacted Just Bugs company for an ant problem this year and learned they were 60% less for the rats. Anyways, the guy they initially sent out came 6 or 7 times told me he got all the entry points, sealed all the other parts, etc. etc. but it turned out he had not done any of the work as he said.

A month later rats were still running around so the company sent out new guys, at least 3, over the next 6 months to do the job. These new guys told me none of what the original guy said he'd done was done.! It does appear they got the problem fixed but it took a entire year to do so. Then the company kept calling to have me extend the contract for another few years for a lot of money.

What really bothered me was them telling me I needed to spend an additional $2200 or more to replace the moisture barrier in the crawl space due to heavy infestation. Well this was a new construction house and all that needed to be done was to clean it and have them spray the product as they contracted to do. My husband went down into the crawlspace and found very little to worry about and he even vacuumed the gunk up saving us another $2K. What a racket.

I do not recommend anyone use this business. Contact the Oregon State Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau before doing anything with this company. They target people who love their pets, but their products don't work and you end up with more problems and a lot less money. I was talked into a yearly contract that was hundreds of dollars per month.

After months of them coming out at least twice a week, I still had bugs everywhere and holes in the siding of my house where they sprayed their "special solution" into the walls. Because I prepaid for the annual contract, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. There were numerous complaints against them that were not resolved. I then contacted the Attorney Generals office and found out that they have numerous complaints against them and they have been fined for unethical business practices.

It took months to get a refund on the unused portion of my contract and I still had bugs. They also target the elderly with their building contractor business. My neighbor was told she had standing water under her house. That she would need to repair a lot of dry rot and install a sump pump and have it maintained on a monthly basis. The cost to do the repairs was going to cost over $6,000. Fortunately her son was here visiting before she signed the contract. He went under the house and found a dry, clean and no dry rot damage as claimed by this company. Needless to say she didn't hire them.

They didn't do everything they promised (no ground treatment). Kept promising to come back and do it - but never did. Ants returned within a few weeks of their "guaranteed treatment". Asked to re-treat, they said the ($2700!) treatment we bought didn't actually include ants. Avoid these scammers.

We had them come to inspect house. they said we had everything and for treatment w/ a ten year guarantee it would be $10k. Excuse me? Next inspection came in at $250. I'm sure the truth lies somewhere in between, but the turnip truck still looks pretty good.

Staff is very professional. Customer service is outstanding. They took care of the ant and rat problem. I also had them spray the crawl space as a preventative for termites. We also had a yellow jacket problem that was difficult to resolve because the nest was behind an exterior wall. Took them several attempts to get to them but they are gone. Jack F. was great to work with.

These guys did a great job. They were polite and professional, both when I have called the office and when they're in my home. I haven't seen any bugs or rats since I hired them, and they did a great job replacing my insulation. I highly recommend these guys, and I've told a couple of friends who also have had work done by them.
