I've tried several different pool cleaning services over the past 9 years, and each one was worse than the last. I hired Integrity Pools a couple of months ago, and finally I'm beyond thrilled! Lorenzo, my outstanding pool tech, is the main reason for this. The first time he was here, not only did he take the time to learn about my new pool filter and how I wanted the system to be cared for, (the exact opposite of all the others, ) but he even spent a little extra time getting to know me and my dogs. Personally, he's extraordinary, and professionally, he's by far the most outstanding pool tech I've had in 9 years!

He even offered to scrape off calcium deposits under my waterfalls in his spare time! That's truly above and beyond. I'm extremely happy with Integrity Pools, and the fact that their prices are lower than most others in the area is a huge bonus. My pool has never looked better!

We have used Integrity Pools for years. We even worked with them on our pool remodel and that was a great experience. Our regular service has been declining. The last couple months we have not had a solid cleaning and our pool is now starting to turn green. Even simple vacuuming hasn't been done. We call to notify, but nothing is done. We talk to the guy servicing the pool and he will say his battery on the vacuum died or other excuse.

Integrity Pools did our pool remodel, which included mastic and grout replacement, new light fixtures, and new plaster in the pool and spa. We experienced professionalism, quick response time, eagerness to assist with any questions, concerns or issues and support through the whole process--from the sales rep, office personnel, and each technician who saw the job through to completion. There were a lot of teams involved and we were pleased with all of them. The end result is beautiful!

As a family of 6 the budget is right but integrity had the best value when compared to the other companies we looked at. David was the one that introduced us to our options explained the process and made several personal trips to ensure we were getting what we wanted. I highly recommend plaster care service after your renovation this has made the transition stress free.

I was anxious about this big project but I believe everyone involved from the office, to the crew installing etc all made this stress free. I definitely recommend this company for future projects.

Josh is Awesome! He always has a smile & very professional. He always let's me know if theres an issue with my pool or everything is great. My last pool company never did that. I recently had Integrity Pools handle a major backyard project which included pool replastering, new coping and tile, paver deck and new patio roofing addition. The whole process was as painless as possible from David who led the sales process and Alan who checked on progress and quality and Jill who served as my customer rep. David was great on the sales side as he patiently assisted through the many options available when starting a project of this side.

His eye for detail and style choices was of huge benefit when making hard decisions like what stone type, color, tile color, plaster type etc. If anyone wants to experience exceptional customer service, they most certainly will find it with Jill as their customer service rep. Jill was always informative with scheduling and alerting me to want the next steps were along with the timing of various crews arriving onsite; she was absolutely fabulous!

Any company would benefit immensely with someone like Jill. Throughout the project it was also having Alan drop by to check on how things were progressing. Alan was great to talk with when I had questions and very insightful when a couple of decisions needed to be made in regard to slight changes during the process. Overall, I am extremely happy having chosen Integrity Pools and will continue to use them whenever a new project arises or whenever repairs may be needed. -- Follow up.

As the project was wrapping up during the plaster care portion it was noted that there was an issue with the pressure in the pump. Steve who was doing a great job during plaster care reported the issue. Again, Jill was amazing in coordinating with the service department to determine the issue. Chris, Brenden and Tyler did a fantastic job in determining the issue, a clogged skimmer, and rectifying it.

I contracted with Integrity Pools to do a remodel. The team from the sales meeting through the final visit with their plaster care program was nothing but a positive experience. The field and office teams were easy to reach and kept me informed throughout the project. The crews that did the remodel work on the pool and building the built in grill did fantastic work. Sara R, my main contact in the office through the project was such a pleasure to work with; she was not only friendly and pleasant she kept me informed as to next steps all along the way.

I did not expect this project to run as smoothly as it did and appreciate everyone at Integrity Pools for making this project run so smoothly. I will be using their weekly pool service as well and know they will do an amazing job based on my remodel experience!

I would highly recommend Integrity Pools! Their staff is very professional, respectful and courteous. Andrew and his co-worker came out to install a new motor and seal kit. Andrew communicated with me letting me know when they would arrive. The job was completed in a timely matter and he texted with me once again when the job was done! After a few hours I noticed that the equipment installed was leaking. Andrew quickly responded to my text and was at my house within the hour to fix the problem! He was knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer many questions and concerns that I had with my pool. Thank you Andrew and Integrity Pool team!

Miles tackled a list of pool problems and repairs with patience and precision. He listened to all my concerns, addressed each one thoroughly, and didn't leave until my equipment was functioning properly and I was satisfied. He communicated clearly was very helpful. I am so happy he got everything working so we can go back to enjoying our pool and spa! I will definitely call Integrity again the next time we encounter an issue.

It has been a over a year I have been having issues. I asked them to clean the mess they made when they were supposed to be fixing mistakes already made with me. The mess I say is in the photos of now grey tears down the plaster. Now I am being threatened to fill my pool now or the guarantees that come on the horrible work they have done already will not be valid.

We did not think it could get worse but it has. They promise the world and do not deliver. We were told they would treat our pool as their own and now we know they must have swamps for pools.

Our service from Integrity Pools has always been great. Our technician, Matt, is always professional and thorough. We have a very wooded lot and backyard, so you could imagine how much maintenance is needed and the relentless removal of leaves and he always gets the job done. Our dogs love him and always wait by the gate to shower him with hugs and kisses. Keep up the great work Matt!

I've been using Integrity Pools for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Josiah comes every week like clockwork (seriously don't think he's ever missed a day!) and leaves every time with my pool sparkling clean and balanced. He always pays attention to how my equipment is performing as well, and makes recommendations as necessary. On top of that, and perhaps even more important, he's a great communicator and a super friendly guy who represents his company well.

When I first started using Integrity Pools I had an issue with recurring algae and they were diligent in finding a resolution. It hasn't been back since! Keep up the great work Josiah and Integrity!

I did a makeover with my pool, it was long overdue. The company was fantastic from start to finish. Everything I needed done was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The 'behind the scenes' people let me know each day what to expect. My sales guy David was attentive and helpful. He listened to what I needed and gave opinions on different areas. Once the project was completed he stopped back over to see the pool and ensure I was happy with the outcome. To me, that just was above and beyond. Very happy customer .

Loukas regularly maintains our pool on a weekly basis he does a great job. We are 100% satisfied with their customer service is by far the best experience we've had. Services: Wall brushing, Vacuuming

The Texas freeze in Feb '20 damaged the plaster, tiles coping and more so the pool needed repair A-Z. We had estimates from 4 companies and opted to go with Integrity. Not the least expensive but very professional. The estimate was detailed. I felt everything was in the open and no risks of hidden costs. Allen, our salesperson and primary point of contact, was great, professional, knowledgeable, accessible.

Never did they try to upsell, but they did provide options, and I'm glad they did. The freeze and then the weather that followed created a major backlog so unfortunately there were delays. I understood the issue, and it wasn't their fault, but it didn't make me feel better. I know I was not the easiest at that point to work with, but they worked with me and we love the work that was done.

Thanks to Allen, Brad, John, Matt, Brandon, the four crews that worked on the various phases and to the folks still showing up as we're still in the middle of PlasterCare and have not yet been in the water.
