Professional, courteous, and pleasant service from the receptionist, to Tony and John, who came out to fix two leaks, a broken toilet, and replace a faucet. I would definitely hire them again!

They were pleasant, did a great job, cleaned up and I thought they were reasonable. They are now my go to plumbers. We would definitely use them again.

Cumming's Plumbing installed a new toilet in our home (and removed the old one). We worked with Tony (#66616), and in addition to being very thorough and knowledgeable, he was extremely friendly and upbeat during his visit, even though it was at the end of the day on a Friday. He was communicative and responsive, and made sure to check the new toilet we had purchased for cracks before installing it (something I didn't think to do). I was very impressed with his demeanor and his work, and will only work with Cumming's Plumbing in the future because of him.

On the day of our first event, in a new hanger facility for our aircraft, we experienced a sewer back up. The restroom was flooding back through a floor drain and we were hours away from opening the doors. After contacting several other plumbing companies on a Saturday afternoon, Cumming's Plumbing responded quickly and kept us informed as to how soon their technician, that was on another call, could be on site. I was having plumbing issues and my daughter recommended this company as she has been quite satisfied with the service they had provided to her. On 4/25/22 Nick came to my home. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all I asked him to work on for me. He took the time to explain everything to me very clearly, making sure I understood. I will definitely call Cummings again in the future.

Hired Cumming's Plumming to replace all the hose bibs on the exterior of my house several years ago. Everything was great. Then hired them to fix a broken pipe this week due to me leaving a hose connected over the winter. Nick was great. Very courteous and professional and fixed our issue quickly. Our sump pump was acting up and we knew it was time to get it replaced. I called at 4:00pm and spoke with Nancy, who was able to get me on the after hours schedule that same day. Brandon was the tech who came out, and by 7:00pm the new sump pump had been installed. We were very impressed with the prompt service, and Brandon was great. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great job! We have used Cummings in the past and will definitely call them again.

If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend Cummings Plumbing headquartered in Plymouth, Mi. Starting with setting up an appointment, I found the phone person to be competent and courteous. I was given a date and time and told that Dan would call before he arrived. Dan was true to his word. He was prompt, polite and competent. My outdoor shower was up and running in no time. F.W.

We had a wonderful experience with Cummings Plumbing! Dan came to look at fixing the hardware in our shower because the shower was working, but the drain and faucet were not. Most of time people gets upset when plumber say they charge by hour. But this is not the case for Cummings. Conclusion: Use them! I've been having Cummings for over 5 yrs on my plumbing issue. Dan is always able to quickly identify the issue and provide a corresponding solution. Most of time the work can be completed within a hour. The work worth every penny you paid for. Good job, Dan!

A big thanks to Nick of Cummings Plumbing for installing our new toilet. He was professional, timely and easy work with. The toilet install was the final piece of our new flooring project and am most grateful for Nick respecting the new floors as he did the install. Cummings came out really quick called in advance and they were early. What I thought was an easy fix took about an hour and a half. My only complaint is their $75 fee to come out and we were told after the first hour ($80 an hour) they billed in 15 minute increments. we were charged $85 an hour and a full 2 hours. The work done was done very well.

I googled a few plumbers in the area. I called Horton in Plymouth and they wanted to charge 250 each to install 2 faucets. I saw that Cummings's had a lot of good reviews. They were able to get someone out very quickly, Nick did a great job and was professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Old toilet leaking and wouldn't flush. After talking with Nancy (who was very helpful and knowledgable) over the phone, I was relieved and knew I called the right place. Nick fit me in at the end of his day on 1/5/22 and after investigating offered to either replace the tank or the entire toilet. Most would have only offered a toilet replacement.

He was very professional and after the work he not only cleaned up but he cleaned the rust off the tiles where the tank had leaked! They are awesome. I highly recommend Cumming's Plumbing on Goldsmith Rd in Plymouth and will definitely be calling them for future jobs. Tami Hayward

We have worked with Nick on many repairs in our home. He is always on time, communicates well, does good work and, and provides good service at a fair price. It is hard to find a good plumber and once you do, you try to hang on to them as we will with Nick and his team. Thank you so much!

I am stunned this company has such a high ranking. If I could give negative stars I would. They took advantage of my mother in how they installed a sump pump and serviced it. After repeated calls to them to fix the pump as it would NOT turn on, they would wiggle the installed switch, say it worked, and then it would fail again. Since this debacle and because of how Cummingsy made it drain out when it did work they have water damage in their basement.

Our house had an old, leaky, outdoor faucet and a leaky, indoor shut-off valve to a different outdoor faucet. A young gentleman named Nick came by, wearing a mask, as I had requested. He was respectful and friendly, and we talked a bit (not too much, I hope!) while he was working. He explained everything that he did. First, he tackled the shut-off valve.

I had expected it would have to be replaced, and I would not have questioned it if he had done so, but with some tightening maneuvers he corrected the problem! That saved time and my money. Then, he addressed the leaky faucet. He offered to try to fix the corroded faucet instead of replacing it, but I opted to install a brand new one, which he did.

He cemented it in place outside, and it looks neat and professional now, and it functions perfectly. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the work and the reasonable bill. Well done!

I would recommend this company unconditionally. We have used them twice with excellent results. On Sunday August 2nd, 2020 we had an issue with our sump pump. Cumming's came to our house - diagnosed the issue - suggest a solution we accepted - they did this with no charge. A Sunday mind you! Today, they installed the new sump pump. The young man installing was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Thanks to Nick & Dave!

Loved that they showed up on time. Very careful, clean and wore PPE. fixed a problem two other plumbing companies couldn't. The level of professionalism was very high. I really appreciated the lack of small talk and consideration on the task at hand. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

In my opinion, this is a highly unscrupulous company. If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and promise things they refuse to follow through on. The owner retired and left it to his kids who care more about money than quality or their reputation. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and this company has been fighting me every step of the way since November 2019. My next step will be to file official complaints with LARA and the AG office. Don't walk away from this company. Run.

WOW! Cannot give enough thanks to Nick for the job he did at our house today. Needed a new water heater installed. Got 4 estimates and Cummings was the best. We have used them before and have been very happy with the work. Nick was on time and very polite. He got the job done, cleaned up, and showed how the new heater was set up. ( our old one was 23 years young). Nick had to deal with a few snags and code requirements but he was very efficient with his time. He is definitely a plus for Cummings and I would not hesitate to request him for future plumbing needs.

Nick did a great job installing the Zoeller sump pump. My old Ridgid pump was done, they were able to quickly come out and replace it. Book with confidence! Great experience with Cumming's and specifically Nancy and Dennis. They were patient and worked with me and the city to replace part of my water main, costs are very reasonable. Nancy was really nice to speak with and went out of her way to work with schedule conflicts as they arose and communicate. Dennis explained everything and talked with me about preventative maintenance and Dennis did a great job and in a timely manner. Thank you Nancy and Dennis!

Cumming's was subcontracted through my landscape company. I felt that their pricing was very fair. Work completed (install of 3/4 gas line) was decent. My big beef was that they completely miscommunicated with regards to the steps required for inspection by the township. As a result, I waited all day for them to come out to do the inspection with the township and they never called me.

I called to inquire why they never came out and was informed that they did the inspection from outside. Now, they have to come back out AGAIN on another day to connect the gas itself. Totally wasted hours of my time. Instead of owning up to a communication mistake, the owner Dave just wanted to move past it and finish the job. That's good, I wanted the job done too, but the least I could have got was an apology. Dave, I own my own business too. When we make a mistake that impacts the customer, we do two things! 1. own the mistake and apologize. 2. Fix the mistake. Please take note of #1.

Someone from the company asked me a question and I sent them a answer, but got no reply from them.

A surgery left me a bit down and out, made worse by a backed up sewer line. That sewer is the bane of my existence. In December we fired our old plumber which felt sad and good and bad and everything all at once. But we didn't have time to find a new one - and of course the "fix" from the old plumber failed. Again. At first Cumming's was not going to be able to come until the following week, but after I explained our situation (literally after surgery the only thing that provided relief was a hot shower) they did squeeze me in on the same day.

I cried happy tears. The also reviewed my video from the prior plumber. It isn't good news, but at least Cummings explained the video from the other plumber - an easy task which was never done by the other guy. Cummings isn't the cheapest guy on the block, but he did me a solid by coming the same day and explaining what needed to happen to my sewage line so we don't continue to dump $1000 / year into it.

I have been very remiss in writing my 5+ star review for Cumming Plumbing. We needed a new water heater installed and after checking online reviews on Yelp, we contacted Cumming. We were SO glad we did! Dennis was the perfect person for the job. He was incredibly efficient and a very hard worker. He was so nice, very professional, very friendly and laid back.

He commented on how happy he was to work for Cumming and to me, that says a lot! We have been recommending Cumming to our family and co-workers and if we need plumbing services in the future, we now know exactly who to call. Thank you, Cumming Plumbing!
