A few weeks ago I called D J Murray Plumbing on the recommendation of my HVAC Company to come out and do a few different plumbing jobs all of which have been an ongoing issue since I purchased my house last Sept. Problems were a sump pump draining out thru a PVC pipe on the side of my house onto my lawn (not code), an external sewer access line that was buried in an elevated flower bed (really stupid and not practical) both of these issues were taken care of immediately to my full satisfaction. Tony also made an emergency visit to my home for an unexpected clogged drain. while he was at my house he used a camera to check out my sewer line and he also scheduled my daughter for her line to be cleaned and scoped which was also done today. they also replaced my sump pump drainage pipes which were about to fall apart. they were thorough, and I was so happy to have all these repairs completed in a professional manner. I will certainly use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with this company. Once a year our basement backs up due to tree roots in the backyard. They explained the situation me and the different options I would have. When they came to clean and scope the drain, they went above and beyond. Afterwards I was given advice on how to prevent this from happening again. They even offered to come show us how to do the first treatment. I will absolutely be using this company again!

They showed up as scheduled and even worked around my schedule without issue or extra cost, which I greatly appreciate. I was ultimately unable to get my sewer line cleaned out because my house lacked a proper clean-out to access the sewer line. Rather than take my money and do a lackluster job, they informed me that they would rather see things done right and did not even charge me for their time. They, in fact, gave me a list of contacts I could consult towards getting the situation properly resolved for no additional cost. My five star review is in reflection of this professionalism and I can only imagine this would be reflected in their work.

Dan and his associate were incredibly professional and available for a next day job for hydro jetting our sewer line. Dan gave a thorough explanation on the procedure; and the aftermath of what they were able to accomplish; which was a complete success in clearing massive amounts of roots in our sewer line. He was transparent about cost and further work; and gave recommendations for maintenance. It's hard to find a plumber to trust - and we appreciated their work and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Very professional company! I called because I had a frozen pipe in my kitchen. They were friendly and professional on the phone when I booked my appointment and really showed empathy for my situation. They were prompt and on time arriving at my home and knew exactly how to fix the problem and were very knowledgeable and informative. They treated my home with respect and made me very comfortable. Called Dj Murray plumbing to unclog our drain in the basement that was backing up. Tony showed up on time, was professional, and finished the job in less than 30 mins. I needed a shut off valve replaced at the main, needed to coordinate with city to shut off water for the repair and to turn the water back on when repair was finished. This went as smoothly as you could hope for. DJ Murray was professional, returned calls, kept appointments. The repair estimate was in line with final bill. Very happy with this company and would use again.

Serious clog in our old house trap had required us to stop running water to prevent backups in our basement. They arrived within 4 hrs and fixed the problem quickly! I will be using them for any issues we have in the future!

We had a really poor experience with DJ Murray plumbing. We had them come out to fix a shower faucet. The plumber arrived stinking like cigarettes. The only "service" he provided was taking the faucet apart and telling us that he didn't have the correct part. He also told us that he wasn't going to take the time to go get the part either, but the company still charged us $90 for the "service" visit.

He told us it would be another $90 to come back out with the part! My husband called and spoke with the owner, who eventually agreed to waive the service call fee to come back again (and actually do some work), but we decided we didn't want to deal with the company anymore and never had them come back out.

All of the staff at DJ Murray are excellent. We've used them many times over the past few years. After moving into a home that was new to us, you never know what you will find or what might happen. They've helped us with so many surprises and we've referred them to our neighbors and friends. Best communication with scheduling and best communication with what needs to be done. Thank you for always helping us with our plumbing needs. Absolutely the best!

I called DJ Murray to address a non operating sump pump. I called mid day and the receptionist told me to expect someone within two hours. Two plumbers, Dan and Tony were out in an hour to assess the job. Both were friendly, informative, hard working (Tony got soaked at our house putting tools away during a rain storm and still went onto another job at 7pm!) and showed great integrity in solving our sump pump issues.

My husband and I are so satisfied with the work done we scheduled them to come back to fix another plumbing issue next week. Thank you DJ Murray for your professionalism and prompt attention. Your service went above and beyond!
