Savvy SAVED our event! We had rented a tent for our wedding 7 months in advance only to have the wedding venue try to change our plans to an indoor wedding a week before the event (due to their poor planning and lack of attention to detail). Savvy was amazing and worked with us to change the pick up dates to make sure our wedding was all we had hoped and planned for! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your crew was friendly and fast, too! Highly recommend Savvy!

We recently rented blue linens and goblets to enhance the white and clear glass that the resort had to offer for our daughter's wedding celebration; the result was beautiful. We've been trying to pull this off for two years and the Savvy rental staff rolled with the punches as we dealt with Covid-related postponements, number shifts to adhere to state guidelines and even had canopies ready for us, if need be. Great vendor and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Saavy did an amazing job with our wedding! We switched around our order and tent choice at least 3 times and they were always fast to respond and happy to talk through what would be the best plan. Their staff were all very nice the day of set-up and seemed happy to work for Saavy (always a good sign). Our tent was gorgeous! Truly a scene from Narnia or the Weasley tent from the 8th Harry Potter (if you know, you know). I would highly recommend Saavy to anyone getting married in Maine.

I rented a large 40 x 80 Pole tent for my outdoor wedding 30 minutes outside of Portland Maine. We also rented some glassware and a farm table from Savvy. My experience with the Savvy team was very good throughout the booking process, especially with Courtney. When my wedding was rescheduled due to COVID, they were quick to honor our date and deposit.
That was much appreciated during a difficult time. While the inventory can be limited depending on how late you book, the options and quality are quite good. While a bit pricey, the ease with which I was able to change my quote, both adding and removing items, was much appreciated. The only criticism I had with the process was the initial reluctance to guarantee a specific drop-off and pick-up time. Fortunately, Savvy was able to work with us and our venue to ensure delivery times that would work for our complicated tent situation (3 events with in four days!). The flexibility to make everything work was very much appreciated. I would book with Savvy again in the future.

I chose this company to get my tent, tables, chairs and linens for my wedding because of the ease of the website. I really liked how they had their packages and prices listed on the website. I was told the tent was going to be delivered on Wednesday and that someone would call me before they arrived. Around 3pm (after waiting around all day) I called to find out where they were and was told I was scheduled for the next day and was second in line. Okay.
The tent was set up where we wanted it and it was a really nice tent. But! They set up the dance floor on a crooked part of my lawn! It took my uncle and brother about an hour to move it! While I was unstacking the chairs I noticed they were all dirty! One even to the point where it wasn't able to be cleaned, it should be thrown away! I had to wash all 140 chairs!
I was told I'd be reimbursed for the cleaning of the chairs. we will see. You're given a choice of colors for linens. I chose white. When taking the linens out of the package some were white and some were off white. When I asked about this I was told "this is rental equipment we can't guarantee the exact color". I told them they shouldn't offer the choice then!
I feel like for $4k chairs should be cleaned, linens should match and the dance floor should be installed on a flat surface. I'd give zero stars but the women I spoke to via email and on the phone were prompt and nice

We were told they had availability for us over Memorial Day weekend, which we knew would be a big ask. Brother-in-law contacted them over this previous weekend, forwarded my information to them, and they were supposed to call me today (Monday) with a quote for an awning/tent and chairs for Sunday. No one called, and when I called before close of business, I was told they couldn't accommodate us.
Really unprofessional. This event is my mother's memorial service. The person I spoke to was callous, and even had the gall to imply that it was my brother-in-law who had his facts wrong.

The order was easy. The staff answered every question we had and got us what we needed. We got stage, tables and chairs ordered in a matter of minutes. Delivery was right on time and the guys were very professional and setup was done in minutes. Monday morning, as promised, they came and picked everything up. My brother-in-law called this company over the weekend and was told they had availability for a short-notice tent or awning for a memorial service for my mother, who died on Wednesday. "Savvy" told BIL that they would provide me with a quote this morning, Monday. I waited for them to call me, and then when I did not hear anything, called before business hours ended.
The person I spoke to hemmed and hawed for a bit but finally admitted to me that they couldn't do anything for us. Meanwhile we could have been calling other companies today to find what we need. Really, really poor business practices. The woman on the line tried to imply that my BIL and sister got their facts wrong, but I trust them far more than these people based on my short interaction with her. Nice way to treat a grieving family.

People were friendly. Overall my experience was pretty good. I feel like they could have been a little bit more forthcoming with the condition of the tables. But you know what they say "you get what you pay for". Make sure if you order the cheapest tables which are very well priced you have tablecloths.

We have rented with Savvy Event Rental two times over the past year. The first time we picked up tables and this last time we had them delivered & picked back up. Their communication was top notch and so easy to work with. I had asked about a rain check policy and they would have been happy to move the date for us with no charge with advance notice (usually a few days before the event you can tell if it will rain).
I highly recommend renting with Savvy to anyone. The key is communication and try and give advance notice on changes days in advance if need be. We had great weather for our event so everything went exactly as planned. Thank you again Savvy Rental for the tables!

Every time we called the store it goes to voicemail. Never get a call back. The tent was delivered a day late with no communication except the driver had the flu the day after. When the tent did show up they forgot 2 tables, 5 chairs, and the string of lights that went up the center of the tent. Of course we were already charged for these items ~$500 for missing items.
People were forced to stand at some of the dinner tables because of this. When trying to call them after the event, only getting a voicemail. Would not recommend this company to anyone planning a wedding or any event in general. Terrible customer service and did not meet out needs.

To start- the two girls I primarily worked with at Savvy were so sweet and helpful throughout many layout and rental equipment changes and I could not get over the GENUINE customer service. The tent was beautiful and everything we hoped for for the duration of the wedding- they set the tent up the Tuesday before and took it down the Wednesday after the wedding.
The owner came out multiple times to help us with the placement of the tent as it was a first time event for the venue- Ridgeview farm in Acton, ME. Overall everything was just spectacular and it is truly amazing how far good customer service goes- I'd recommend Savvy every time for any type of event!

We used Savvy for our son's wedding on Long Island, ME and could not be more pleased. Haylee was very helpful and responsive, and a pleasure to work with! Anyone who has had a wedding on an island will appreciate that the logistics can be very tricky, but Haylee did a fantastic job scheduling barge service and making sure our order was accurately filled.

Very average company. Some of the interactions with the company were rather rude. I would highly recommend speaking directly with Hannah or Melanie at the store, they were super helpful and seemed to actually like talking with customers (they would get five stars if everyone at the store were as good as them). The manager proved to be very difficult.
If you have specific instructions, don't expect them to be followed. There is definitely a disconnect in communication between the set up crew and the office (not sure which side had the problems) because we had issues with the set up time and location. In general, they have an okay product/service at okay prices. Like everything else, customer service is average (I was rather disappointed given that we were a very large returning customer), so don't expect anything beyond the basics.

We worked with Party Plus for our wedding and had a fantastic experience start to finish. From the very first phone call many months ago, everyone at Party Plus has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. We had to adjust our order a number of times, switch tents, table sizes, etc, and they never made it seem like a big deal, even though we're sure it was annoying at times.
We really appreciated that and cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were traveling on Thursday when everything was being delivered, and were really pleased (but not surprised) to find all the rentals were at our venue and in the correct places by the time we arrived. The tent was amazing - the perfect size for the venue location. Thanks again for everything. Party Plus is the best!
