I've been using Arrow for many years and they're prompt, easy to deal with, and basically what I need. Years ago I deviated trying to save money and that company was the worst. Service: Dumpster rental

I've rented from them about 4 times in the last year. I've had a couple of potential issues- on one occasion me and the house a couple of doors down both had dumpsters and they were about to pick mine up instead of the other(mine was pretty full and I was about to call anyway). Thankfully I was home and I just talked to the driver, no big deal. On another occasion I was charged an overweight fee, but I had been thinking of ordering up a size so I should have just done that.

This most recent time I received a dumpster with leftovers in it- but I called and they gave me a small discount which I accepted. Overall they do a good job placing the dumpsters-very accurate and will adjust to your needs. If you really want it in a specific spot be there to meet them. They also pick up quick. There has only been very minor scratches on my brand new driveway. Nothing to get upset about really with putting a huge dumpster on your driveway sometimes for months!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I rented a dumpster and was not advised verbally of weight restrictions and additional fees. They charged my card an additional $169 without even notifying me. I already paid $425 for dumpster. When I called they did not attempt to help me and said it was nothing they can do. The customer service was horrible.

I've been using Arrow Waste's services for the past five months and they've been incredible to work with! Very competitive rates for all sizes of dumpsters and their team is very professional and easy to work with. Every time I've requested a haul off or swap out, our conversations last about 30 seconds since they're so on top of their game!

We used Arrow for a few dumpsters when we were moving out of our site. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent and very timely with great communication from dispatch. Service: Garden waste removal

I love these people! They brought the right dumpster. The driver was able to put it in a very difficult spot. When I had it complete, I called them and they picked up that day. I need dumpsters frequently and have them on my speed dial.

We had a dumpster dropped off. They dropped it off in the middle of the driveway at the front, blocking access to the driveway. They would not come back to move it. Vehicles had to be driven through the lawn in order for the project to be completed. The customer service was very bad. I was unable to speak to a manager despite asking. No concessions were offered. The dumpster was dropped off on time and picked up in a timely manner. Hence two stars instead of one.

I did not experience any of the issues some of the other reviewers noted. I had a unit dropped off streetside, they called before arrival to make sure I was there and I encountered no issues. Ive gotten two dumpsters and both times I called the lady I spoke with was pleasant and knowledgeable. I also put in a pickup order on their website and they were prompt to respond and picked up on time.

Price was cheaper than almost all the other quotes I received as well. Down one star because the dumpster was pretty old and beat-up but that didn't impact anything other than aesthetics.

They charged me $171, claiming that food was thrown away in the dumpster. I they said they had a picture of the trash bag and I asked them to send the picture to me. At first they said they don't usually do that, but finally did. The picture shows no food but a cardboard packaging that at one time held a case of drinks (like powerade). Despite my repeated calls to talk to someone in management, no one would call back.

They also charge your credit card that they hold on file for any overweight charges. They told me that the container is weighed at the dump but they will not send the paperwork confirming what the weight was. Basically they help themselves to your credit card on file with no supporting documentation if requested and no return phone calls. They have a totally poor attitude.

I have no idea why this company received bad reviews. TOP NOTCH service! We order from them a lot and in comparison to other dumpster rental locations, they are the best! They have very fast service and the customer service reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them for all of our projects and I highly recommend them!

I've been using arrow for a couple years now on and off, they use to not have a limit for concrete dumpsters. When i order one this time, I get charged an additional $380 for over weight. When I call to dispute this, they said "Read the fine print in your email that we sent you" REALLY? Who actually reads that crap. If you change your policy like that, you should at least have the courtesy to tell customers that we have a tonnage limit. I will be filing a credit card dispute and contacting the BBB. Stay away!

I always used Arrow until one of their drivers knocked down my retaining wall. When I called to try and work something out with the company, they strung me along for over a month saying 'the owner is out of town' and 'the owner has had some family health issues' and after two months of me being nice they just refused to respond.

I talked with a representative on the phone and told her I would have to file a police report and go that route, and she said 'that might be the only way to get a response from the owner'. These types of people are terrible, and i refuse to give them any more money.

I have been using this company for two years with out any issues until last week. someone called and left a message asking about the dumpster that is on the job site. They usually call a few time to check and get feed back. this time they came over to the jobsite and pulled the dumpster without asking me. when I called them up the guy on the phone was rude and he said they are under new management and since I did not call back they picked up the dumpster.

I informed him that the company policy is that the dumpster can stay on the site for as long as needed and they did not send me a memo saying that they are picking it up and they did not state that on the phone. the dumpster was on the job for only 60 days and it was only half full. the bad weather kept us from being able to work and that is normal in this industry. the facts are they had no legal right to remove the dumpster with out a written notice of change in policy, this type of behavior is not professional and they should get rid of the manager. this is something that can only hurt their business. I will take them to court to prove my point. Bill
