I have been a Breda Pest Control customer for years always with excellent service. However, today was the exception. Earlier this month, I had to reschedule my quarterly service due to a conflict. My service was rescheduled for today at noon, and I was told my technician would be William. At 1 pm, I called to find out where William was and was told they would reach out to him and immediately call me back.
At 2 pm I called again because I had not seen William nor received a call back, and after many apologies was told I would receive a call right back once they could determine the problem. Still no call back. Finally at 3 pm, I called again and when the lady reached out to William, he claimed that he had called me and rang my doorbell, but nobody answered even though I am sitting here 10 feet from my door.
I also had no record on my cell of a call from William. I understand that errors happen, however, I would think that my reschedule would have been done electronically not allowing for a "scheduler address error" as I was told, and each person I spoke to confirmed my address and phone number correctly. I also feel that once the office was made aware of my problem, someone should have contacted me back as they promised.
I should not have needed to contact the office 3 times. I have scheduled my service for next week and have requested a different technician. I will continue to be a Breda customer going forward as my experience has always been positive. I certainly hope that I will not have another day with them like today.

We have used Breda for our pest control and just used their Wildlife Management services. From the first meeting to assess our needs to the Little Mike and Caleb coming to Wildlife proof our home our experience has been great. I made arrangements with the company to move us up while we were out of town. I had our son meet them the morning of the treatment.
They were through and called me after the service was completed. They walk you through the process once the house is sealed and set traps to remove any pests that maybe still in the house. When we arrived home from our trip there was a mouse in a trap. All I had to do was call and Breda came and disposed of the mouse and checked all traps. This is a service they provide following the treatment and are on call for ongoing service at no charge after the initial sealing of the home.
It does come with a lifetime guarantee and can be sold with the house if a person sells. We are absolutely obsessed with keeping our house spotless and never leaving anything out that would attract mice or worse. However most homes are not sealed properly and all a mouse needs is 1/4 of an inch to get in. I would recommend using the Wildlife service of Breda even if you do not see anything at the moment. I told my wife If I was a builder this would be something I would sell with every new home. It is worth the money for sure. We love Breda as a company!

Had a great visit from Breda today! Sean came out and helped to remedy some holes, likely caused rodents, that had since been used as an entry point into our home for honey bees. Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and explained in great detail what I could expect from his visit and then he and his crew carried out the job quickly. The whole experience was very pleasant and made me feel like a good job was being done. Will definitely plan to use Breda in the future!

Little Mike, Dre and Kaleb were total professionals with my carpenter bee problem. They came on time and in uniform! The were courteous and polite which is increasingly becoming more rare. They were knowledgeable of their process, product and invited me to learn about what they were doing and using. They were thorough in their job. They let me know when they were done. Gave me further advice and reminded me I had a 90 guarantee if I had any further issues.
I've also used their service for indoor pest on this new renovation house and they have been nothing but courteous professionals. I've had the pleasure of meeting several of their agents and each one is a true representation of good service from Brenda. I'd highly recommend them.

I decided to switch from the bait system to a product that would more effectively protect my home from termites. I was impressed with the the following things: 1. infrared inspection done to determine if there was any current problem 2. everyone showed up on the scheduled time 3. professional and courteous service 4. showed me the equipment and explained how it would not harm my underground drainage system.
I also switched to Breda pest control and was delighted with the service given by Josh Wallace. Again, arriving on scheduled time. Listening to concerns. Explaining type of applications used and where applied and would come back at no charge if problem between quarterly treatments. Getting into the attic space to inspect and fog required moving just a few things out of the closet, and Josh lent a helpful hand. Breda did wildlife removal from my attic. For years my daughter told me that she heard what she thought were birds in the attic. What was actually found were evidance of squirrels, birds and bats. Breda performed the initial inspection and told me exactly what they would do to seal up all their entry points, hepa vacuum the waste and disinfectant the attic.
The surprise was when they found the area the squirrels chewed from the chimney to go directly into my attic. They had also chewed through the beam holding up my chimney. I called a contractor and he made the necessary repairs so they could no longer have access. Breda workers were very knowledgeable, professional and productive. Their customer service was exceptional and I will continue to use them with their annual warranty on the services that they offer. This company and their staff are all customer service friendly and professional. You will not find a better company. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.

I use Breda for my annual termite inspection but recently used them for their exclusion services to get rid of squirrels in my attic. The technicians arrived promptly, were professional throughout the entire job and left my property clear of any evidence that they were even here. Lester, Brandon and Jeovanny did an awesome job. Brian and Justin called 30 minutes prior and arrived as scheduled. While they were very professional and efficient in there work, they were also very courteous and customer-oriented. They answered questions and explained everything. They were also careful and wore booties inside the house. As my first experience with Breda and from the time Jason did an impressive first inspection, so far Breda and its personnel are living up to their excellent reputation!

I have been extremely impressed with the service that Breda and their team of professionals have provided. Looking at the options for getting rid of rodents, I quickly realized there were different approaches. Some companies just come out and trap/get rid of the critters, but do not ensure they do not come back. This option is significantly cheaper, but it does not solve the problem. On 12/8/21 Doug Shuck from Breda Pest Control came to our home to evaluate a problem we are having in our sitting room with stink bugs and wasps. Doug was one of the most professional people we have ever worked with in Georgia. He was on time, honest and explained where and why the problem was occurring. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to make a decision on when to utilize his services.

Durham McKinney on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 15 when it comes to being knowledgeable and supportive. On a Friday I requested for someone to come and check traps. My appointment time was set for Monday. Mr. McKinney went out of his way to come out on a Saturday morning to check traps and provide assistance with removal. Breda offers real solutions and excellent customer service.

We were very please with our first service. When the winter months (critters and bugs come in for warmth) come we have always used over the counter products but decided to start a pest control service because we still manage to get a few. We also have flying squirrels in our attic we are working on at the moment. Our experience with the entire team at Breda was exceptional. Lee Brock came in and did the initial inspection and was VERY informative and helpful, Jessica handled our questions at the office and we requested Christian Mayo to be our regular technician because of his professionalism and going the extra mile.
He went into all of our attic space as well. Also, they come back for free if we still see bugs after 3-4 weeks so that was an added sense of confidence. Very satisfied all the way around.

Working with the Breda team has been great. The consultation with John to receive a quote was very professional and thorough. We booked their exclusion service to secure all the openings in or home due to mice getting in. Little Mike and Caleb were the exclusion team for our house and they did an amazing job. Our new crawl space door looks great and everywhere they secured looks tidy and professional. They went above and beyond to complete the job. We haven't seen or heard a single mouse since. Breda is highly recommended!

We have been using Breda for mosquito treatment in our yard for 2 years now, and it's always been the best service, fairly priced, and effective. We recently added the indoor pest control for summer bugs and such. The Breda crew arrived and immediately surveyed our house and property for evidence of bats, which invaded the attic in our home. The Breda guys took their time to flush out any bats that made it into the attic. They did a great job and came by with two additional follow-up visits to again, check our attic for evidence of bat infestation. We have not had a bat issue in the last 60 days and we have a guarantee good for another 10 months. Thanks Breda!

Breda has been an incredible pest control and wildlife exclusion partner. Acting with integrity and consistency from the first encounter, it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Talk about over priced! Wow. They wanted me to pay over $1000 for a noise I heard in the attic for me to find out later there was nothing up there, just an overgrown tree branch from outside rubbing on the house when the wind blew. These guys did a GREAT job! Yes, it seems like a lot of money to get rid of some squirrels, but the previous owners had exclusion work done and the rodents were back. We will definitely pay the price for getting them out and keeping them out. The squirrels were actually eating our roof and walls and ripping out the insulation in our attic. AND unbelievably living in and clogging multiple gutters. We could not have been happier with the 2 gentleman they sent to do the work. Jean

I'm updating the review I posted on 4/2/19 regarding the service I received from Breda Pest Management. Kenny contacted me and was very willing to listen to the issues I experienced. He was very helpful with providing possibilities of what may have caused the flooding to occur in my garage and on the outside of my home. He stated that the problem was more than likely a burst pipe due to the fluctuating temperatures.
The plumber that came to my home confirmed there was a burst pipe in the garage wall. Also, to ease my concern about the termite treatment provided, Kenny offered to have another team come out to my home. Kenny's professionalism and excellent customer service have made me confident that I made the right choice with Breda.

When I heard what sounded like the Boston Marathon running across the attic, and saw a snake coming out from the foundation, first I panicked big time. Then I called three pest control companies out to tell me what to do. We chose Breda because of the thoroughness of their inspection, including taking photos of the attic so I could see the damage.
Their plan of attack was similar to others, and kind of pricey, but I felt like this company took my concerns seriously. They would do a thorough job. Although I didn't like my rep telling me rats are smart so it would take at least three (long!) weeks for them to take the bait before Breda could seal the roof and foundation, he was right. The steel seal around the roof line has made a major difference, too, in being better able to manage the temperature and humidity in this house.
Although I had some problems communicating with my rep because of outside circumstances, I could always call the main office and they are very friendly and helpful, and sent someone else out as needed. Everyone I have worked with has been professional.

We recently bought our home and found German roaches in the kitchen. My husband had heard the advertisements on the radio, so we made a call to Breda. They came out two days later. Shawn was the man who came and handled our home. I cannot say enough good things about him and his care. He was extremely thorough and explained all of his steps. I hired Breda Pest Management to take care of squirrels. They came out inspected the property and we agreed on a deal. The first crew came out to seal the roof and set traps. The problem was that they had a senior crew member and 2 young guys. Well the young guys did not do what they were supposed to do. We gained some more squirrels because of the problem.
I called not to happy of course and they came out right away saw the problem and remedied it. They sent a crew who really cared and solved the problem. They left the traps in and have sent crews out 3 more times to make sure we were taken care of. I respect the fact that they owned up to their mistake, apologized and worked with a passion to fix it. I would hire them again and I 'am going to use them for other services. I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars. Gary

We have an enormous house and 2 detached garages on acreage, all of which had various critters living in them. Breda cleaned out all the droppings, cleaned up the spoiled insulation and made sure to enclose all the openings that allow them to get inside. We've had to call to have them come back a couple of times and they've been extremely responsive, making sure we're critter free each time. Would highly recommend them. Transferable warranty is important when it comes time to sell too!

We have used Breda Pest Management for over ten years at two different houses. We used them for termite bonding at both houses as well as quarterly pest service. I appreciate the friendly reminder calls to schedule my pest service and the fact that I have had the same technician for over three years. I VENT, I MOVE ON! At least that was the intent. However, this time things went left because the matter was mishandled. As I stated in my previous review, Kenny was very gracious with helping me to sort through things and get an accurate understanding of what was going on. If you are having a problem with your business or service, just contact the office directly because had I not done that, I would never have known that there was misinformation floating around and the guy writing under Kenny's account was not Kenny. So, today they sent John out to service my home.

Rick from Breda Pest Management was awesome. I reached out to the company through Yelp and within moments they responded and then called me to schedule a free consult. Yes, FREE. Rick arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the issue and began his investigation. By the end of the visit I knew exactly how to proceed and was very confident in Rick and the service Breda could provide, if needed. We had an issue with some of the work left behind after Breda had sealed off the attic to the squirrels. The Breda team that sealed the attic did a great job and have been back a couple of times to make sure that there was no squirrel activity. They were prompt and professional. We did have an issue with a small area near our front door that needed to have a more finished look to it, being that it was at the front door.
After sending photos and after speaking with Matt, he had one of his guys, Frank, come over to "finish" the area we were not happy with. I had to be out of town so Frank kept my wife up to date with every thing we was doing to assure her that he was going to make this right. He did. Thank you Matt and thank you Frank. Most of all, Thanks for sealing the attic from the squirrels.

I highly recommend Breda Pest Management for Termite inspection and treatment. Frank England was the most professional and knowledgeable termite inspector that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He performed a very comprehensive evaluation of the home that I am inspecting for purchase using very high end equipment- infra red $10,000 camera- and was able to reassure me that there was no evidence of termites in the home.
He provided very thorough explanations with an information based conversation instead of a sales pitched one. I really appreciate his approach and respond well to that. The cost of the termite inspection was $300 but it was applied against the cost of the Termidor Termite treatment- which is guaranteed for 10 years- should I move forward with the purchase of the home and retain their services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BREDA AND I was especially pleased with the services provided by Frank England.

Very happy all around with this company. From the initial phone call I made about the uninvited guests that made their way into my home I knew I was dealing with professionals. Each person, from the gentleman who did the initial consult, to the various crews that came out to seal and clean and sanitize and set traps.it's been a great experience. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

Breda is unparalleled in service and affordability. Their mosquito application is really effective; we use them for bug pest control; and we have had inclusion services done by their team. They are always punctual, professional and courteous. My kids love everyone and I couldn't be more pleased to support this local, family run business.

We have used Breda to control mosquitos in our backyard for a couple of years. They have excellent customer service, they always call the day before they plan to come out, and they have always actually shown up on time! I read some of the other reviews about some feeling uncomfortable with their techs, and I have never experienced that. They have always been very polite and professional when they have been here.
Several of my neighbors also use Breda for mosquitos, and I have never heard a complaint. The service has definitely improved our backyard mosquitos problem, I gave them four stars because I'm not convinced that I'm not harming the "good" insects. I have asked if I am harming the bee's and the butterflies, and I have not been given a definitive answer. I do recommend Breda if you have a mosquito problem.

I used Breda for a couple of years, and I don't care for the technicians they send out, and neither does my dog! lol She is a good judge of character and she doesn't like them at all. They claim to use products that are natural and honestly, I don't think they do. I am going to try another company because handing over 90 bucks every 3 months is not worth it.

What a disorganized mess of a company. We do not own the house so after seeing a lot of carpenter ants and spiders we called the owner. He told me to call and make a appointment with Breda. I originally made a appt. on Tues. But had to call and change to Fri.at 1pm I then had to call and change it to a earlier time on Fri so the downstairs could be sprayed as well.
I spoke to a man who told me they could come on Fri. morning at 8am. Fri morning I took off work and so did my neighbor downstairs. We waited and waited. No one came. I called the company and was told there was no record of a appointment on Fri. and that they had no one in Atlanta to come. They said they could come the following. Mon.at 8am. At 8:15 and no one had showed I called.they said.
Their guy was on the way.8:40am the guy shows up. The neighbor downstairs is now late for a meeting. And to top it all off the guy said he was not there to spray for ants but to inspect for termites. At that point I had spoken to this company 5 times. Not one of the people I spoke with wrote down my name or phone #.and when I called the company again to straighten it out the woman didn't know who I was or what I was talking about even though I am now on call # 6.
She also insisted over and over that they had been at our house on Fri.? What is going at that company? The lack of communication and organization is incredible. My advice to this company is. Keep a log of your communication with your customers so you can figure out what you are doing. Your a big mess! We will have to wait and see about the bug control results. hopefully that will turn out better than the service.

I live in Acworth. I called Breda back in 2005 when I discovered termites, and learned that the termite bond with a different company had expired. Anyway, Breda came out, treated the house, and have had our new termite bond ever since. Also, about the same time, we asked Breda to do our routine quarterly pest control. They call to arrange a convenient time, and the guy who comes out, Tom, always arrives on time.
In eight years, I have never had to wait on him to arrive for an appointment. Once or twice I needed them to come back out to re-treat for ants. Again, they show up on time, and get the job done. I recommend them highly!

I am very surprised by the two negative reviews, because I am more than pleased with Breda. Justin just came out and I was blown away by how thorough and helpful he was. He took time with me and listened to all of my concerns and sprayed every area I was concerned with and more. I honestly haven't seen this level of service and attentiveness in a long time. Definitely give them a try.

This is an updated review. Breda responded quickly and professionally to my earlier complaint. I received a call from Rich about the problem and he offered to dispatch a crew to resolve my complaint. He did that and more. He sent Jonathan, who cleaned out the nest, killed the hornets and repaired a small hole in the fascia boards. He was thorough, professional and friendly. THIS is the service I had expected and now I'm a fan of Breda! Communication issues can arise with any business, but this company RESPONDED and did so in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

I had been doing our home pest control for years, with good results, but when yellow jackets invaded our crawl space and were getting up into our living room (terrifying!), I contacted Breda for the first time. I have been most impressed with their work ("our" yellow jackets have required continual vigilance and the reps have gone beyond the call of duty to help us, at a very affordable cost).
I was so impressed with Breda that I now entrust them with the regular pest control treatments of our home. In addition, our big wooded lot has been impossible to enjoy because of mosquitoes so we also have Breda treat our lot once a month. Our property is next to woods and a creek (a mosquito breeding ground) but not to worry: Breda's treatment program is so effective we now sit on our deck and work in our yard for hours without getting bitten - they use products that are safe for our beautiful wild birds too. Superb, affordable, effective, safe, pleasant service.

I am sorry to say that we have just cancelled our service with Breda and am very disappointed. After all the good reviews, we decided to work with them. After multiple visits between sprays, we still have the same bugs we had before we started with them. The first time was great and we were happy with the results. The second spray was a different story.they have been out multiple times and we are still fighting the same bugs.
They now want to bill be for a service I never received - a full spray, when each time was touching up. I understand their billing for a full spray every 90 days if the product isn't working and the customer isn't satisfied, then make it right or agree it isn't beneficial to continue. I have used other services at other homes and never had a problem before. Maybe it's the technician but we're looking for a new pest control provider.

I found out about Breda through Angies list. I use them for mosquito control and will probably also use them for my regular pest control when my contract expires with my current company. My technician is Frank Waits and he really gave me an education on mosquitos as well as other services that Breda offer. Most importantly my mosquito problem is gone and I am enjoying sitting outside without being their meal. Thanks Frank!

I heard about Breda and their great customer service from other sites, shocking not to find a single negative comment. Too good to be true right? Well I'm glad to say its true, they have excellent custormer service. Their prices are reasonalbe, use pet-friendly chemicals, and they were out here in a timely manner. Kudos to Tom, he's the greatest. my new best friend.
You just don't come across customer service like that anymore. He treated the house and was back out here to retreat and schedule a follow-up to be sure the problem was resolved without question. I'm defineately going to switch to their termite plan.

Freakin amazing! How old do I feel getting all excited about pest control, but here in GA with fire ants, spiders and palmetto bugs its a must to have pest control. 5 reasons (for 5 stars) why you should choose Breda 1) Reasonably priced * Its not outrageous, $85 a qtr is nothing! 2) GREEN & pet safe! * They are environmentally friendly, and their sprays are pet and kid friendly!

I got a quote for termite treatment. They required a moisture barrier to be installed. I had an old water heater in the crawl space, and its placement would interfere with installing a complete moisture barrier. The salesman agreed to remove the tank. Price was high but getting the tank out made it a fair deal. A date was set. The poison was applied.
The moisture barrier followed in a few days. When that was completed they called me at work to inquire about payment. I replied that I would be happy to pay after I looked to be sure they completed the job. The tank was not removed; the moisture barrier was 80% complete. They said the tank could not be removed because it still had water in it and was too heavy.
They agreed to lay down more plastic. I told them I could get the tank drained, which I did. Later, they were still unable to remove the tank. During payment I asked for a discount since the job was incomplete. They refused, saying that the removal was not part of the contract even though the specs clearly stated "Bag all debris, Remove old water heater".
I persisted and was refused. I persisted more and was told he would let the salesman review it. Never heard back from them, not even a courtesy call. I have been cheated and cannot trust what they say or write for that matter.
