We signed the contract on October 28th; the contact was finalized on November 4th. They deposited the check within 48 hours of receiving it. 145 days later, and still no windows. only a handful of delays, backed by shallow apologies and depthless excuses. Regardless of window dimensions and having to special order them, they've had ample time to gather everything necessary for a smooth install.
Today was the date they finally gave us to replace the windows. I really wish I could say the appointment was made. but unfortunately a truck breaking down was the nail in the coffin for the day. Upon asking when they would be free to do it next, we received a simple "I'm not sure." All we wanted were new windows, but we obviously underestimated just how big of a task this was for them.

We paid our deposit for 14 replacement windows in October 2019 and were told installation would be the end of January 2020. Today is February 23, 2020 - still no windows. Kentucky has had a mild winter, thank goodness, so we really don’t understand why there has been such a long delay. We receive no calls from the company. Makes me wonder if we made the right decision to go with this company. Something doesn’t seem right.

Capitol Window & Door is Great! We worked with Capitol for our renovation home. They worked around our schedule to install a total of 39 windows, 27 windows on the first part and we had to wait a short while to install the last 12. They have a great product and its American made. It was one man completing the install with 25+ years of experience. I knew that he was correctly installing the windows & this gave me peace of mind. Capitol Window is a family owned business and I strongly recommended them over all other window businesses in the Bowling Green, KY area.

In a world where business is always about the bottom dollar, Capitol Window and Door takes the time to ensure their customers are first . We were amazed that they did what they said they would do. They showed up when they said they would show up. The product they sell is top notch and the workmanship is incomparable. There was basically no mess. Alan and Tim were awesome to work with. I've never been so happy to clean windows!!
