Roger The Plumber

Roger The Plumber is now my go to for HVAC, & plumbing if I need it. I called this morning 9a & talked to a real person. They were able to fit me in to a 10a-1p time slot Today, unlike the company I bought the system from 7yrs ago. (Best could do for me, an established client, was tomorrow between 12-4p.) My tech arrived just before 11a & had cold air blowing strong by 12:30. Mike is awesome!

I'll request him when I get my maintenance done. He's really professional, patient and personable. He walked me though what needed to be done & answer the questions I peppered him with during the repair. He taught me the best way to keep my entire three level split house cool, reduce extra stress on the AC system's compressor helping it last longer.

I was doing none of these before he came by. I'm looking forward to seeing how this helps & ultimately saving $. PS: I was not paid for this endorsement. I'm really just so happy with Mike & Roger the Plumber that I had to share.

We are Service Club Members and have been extremely happy with the maintenance services that we have received, as well as with the professionalism of everyone we have met from Roger. Justin was are service tech today and he was WONDERFUL! He explained things clearly and helped tune the system to help more evenly cool our house. (The temperature difference between floors is already down to a few degrees, just within the time Justin was here.) I could not be more pleased!

We recently bought a home and planned to modify a half bath into a full. Our contractor recommended we call a professional plumber to handle moving the drain over. Austin came out and looked over the job, gave me a reasonable bid and by the very next day, I had not only one but two plumbers taking on the job. Both Austin and Travis were polite, timely, professional, and willing to communicate readily with me for the duration of the project. Very impressed!

Austin came out for our annual hot water heater flush / maintenance. He was very friendly and demonstrated a deep knowledge relating to the hot water heater, as well as discussing our water filtration system. He had a few questions for us that prompted the decision to reduce the water termperature 10 degrees to go from scalding to correctly hot! Austin was great, even giving insight into garbage disposal product rankings.

Really great service start to finish. Timely and efficient.while still being thorough. He provided upcoming maintenance relating to garbage disposal and ion rod, but didn't recommend any replacement at this point. Great honesty.

Just wanted to give a shout out to ANDREW who came out late this afternoon for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater (installed by Roger the Plumber a year ago). Andrew tweaked a couple of other things for us while he was here; plus put in A LOT OF OVERTIME on one particular issue (the pipe farthest from the unit). We were SO IMPRESSED that he did not rush off at five o'clock.

When looking for a plumber to do some work for our kitchen remodel we got online to search for someone to call. We found Roger the Plumber and read some very good reviews on this company and decided to give them a call. We made an excellent choice. Andrew is a great guy to work with. He analyzed our project and offered options to choose from. He is very skilled at his trade and a extremely considerate and conscientious guy. Would most definitely call Roger the Plumber again!

I had Austin come out for our annual water heater maintenance check, and he was extremely friendly and professional. Gave a handful of suggestions on things to look out for, and was able to provide me with cost estimates for some work I'd like done in the future. The maintenance program they run is a fantastic price to keep our AC/furnace/water heater in proper condition all year long, and I highly recommend it. I've been using their maintenance program for over 4 years now, and plan to continue using it in the future.

We woke up to a broken pipe under our kitchen sink. The water leaked down to the basement and made a HUGE mess! I called Rodger the plumber and from the first point of contact until Austin showed up it was a great experience. The communication about who and when the tech would arrive was fantastic. Austin was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He found the pipe and within minutes had it fixed. Would recommend this company a million times over!

Roger the Plumber is a great company to hire. Andrew came out to do our water heater maintenance and plumbing check over. He offered good recommendations for proactive repairs before they become bigger problems. All the technicians I've had over were very professional and courteous.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to have in my home. The situation was assessed, a plan for repair communicated and the issues rectified expediently. Travis arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to me explain what I had already tried and quickly decided what was needed for the repair. He did it quickly and cleaned up the area when finished. I would recommend Roger the Plumber. Service: Drain unblocking

Chris came out with another employee and they worked very hard and efficiently and installed a new furnace. Today Chris came back to check everything out to see that all was working well. I was impressed with the quality of work and highly recommend this service. Service: Heating system installation

We had Roger the Plumber install central AC and a whole home humidifier in our house this year. Except when they "completed" the install, I asked about how the humidifier worked, only to find out that they had not installed one, had not brought one, and had not even looked at the work order to see what they were supposed to be installing. So they had to come back out another day and install that, which meant that was another day I had to take off work to meet them at the house because they will not call to let you know when they are on the way, so I had to be at the house for the entire delivery window.

I went into the basement a few days later, and found that they had not tightened the connection to the water line correctly, and it had been leaking water onto my basement floor the entire time, so I had to fix that. After a few weeks of having the AC, I had concerns about the effectiveness of the system, so I asked them to come out again, and they showed up nearly an hour after their service window (again with no call, and when I called the office no one could tell me if someone was coming or not), and had to fix the charge on the AC system as well as move a sensor. Less than impressive overall. And now I get calls/texts/emails every month or so from them.

Had a problem with my furnace. Leo came out Thanksgiving morning. He had my furnace up and running in no time. I'm very impressed with this company. They came all the way from Lenexa to Fort Scott on Thanksgiving morning. We had another company here in Ft Scott look at the furnace. They came out on Monday, said they had to go get a part, and never. came back, never called nothing.

We called them several times with no response back. I was actually out of town when the furnace stopped working, the guy from Norris in Ft Scott left my 85 year old Mother with NO heat. I wonder if he would do that to his own Mother, cuz he did it to mine. I highly recommend Roger the Plumber. I will definitely call them again. Leo was fantastic.

Great company! They are always responsive and have quick turnaround times.

Our technician, Leo, was very friendly and professional. He came out to tune up and inspect our furnace and ac. His hvac expertise was quite impressive, but his ability to relay those concepts so we could understand them was even more appreciated. And he was very informative without once being pushy or using scare tactics. I feel I can trust Leo and Roger the plumber and will be doing business with them again!

Had water heater installed, not an emergency. Mother just had one slightly larger installed by Roger that had been $1000 less. After they were able to pull up her acct they took off about $900 from mine stating it was about warranty when I had not even discussed any warranty info. Then 2 shelves in my utility room knocked off the wall causing gaping holes so now the wall has to be patched, painted and new shelves put up for another $500. NO, I WOULD NOT USE ROGER AGAIN unless it was an emergency and even then it would have to be a REAL emergency.

Their honesty as to your problem and what it might cost. They are the best! Have known Roger for over 32 years. Debi Long
