We rented a 50' heavy fork lift. Delivered early, picked up on schedule and price was much better than big corporate stores. Bills Equipment will get all of our future rental needs.

I am not a customer of this business but if the help they gave me is anything like the help they give their customers then I would highly recommend using their services. I was parked outside their business overnight when my car was involved in a hit and run. Without me even asking for their help one of the employees came out and told me they would review their security camera footage, offered me coffee, and let me know that I could wait in their building while I called a tow truck. They were the bright spot in a horrible situation and I can't thank them enough for helping me out.

So I needed to do some work outside my normal scope of Work. I called and requested an excavator. There were some issues. A lot probably due to my impatience. In the end the manager Brian went Out of his way to help me and was very accommodating.

The guys at Bill's were great, helped me get the rental in the time-frame I needed and the machinery itself was in pristine condition. The price was way better than renting from Home Depot or a similar big box service. This was my first time renting a skid steer for landscaping and the guys made sure I knew how to operate it and even gave me tips on how to avoid tipping it due to some steep terrain on my property. Will definitely rent from them again for future projects!

Great service. They helped me to get exactly what I needed. Delivered it and picked it up on time. When I had questions along the way, they were happy to help and answer. Anthony did a great job showing me how to operate the wood chipper and talk me through what to do if a piece of wood got stuck.

Brian really went above and beyond. All of the staff here was friendly and helpful. I shopped around a ton before renting and these guys had the best prices for what I needed (excavator w/trailer), but the service went well beyond my expectations! I will definitely go here first for any of my equipment needs in the future!

If you want to be treated like a human being with a professional positive atmosphere just talk with any employee. I will and continue to tell everyone I know about this business. Fantastic staff. Rented several tools and a Bob Cat. Excellent service, delivery and provided great instructions and answered all my questions. They were very fair with their pricing and just have a great way in doing business. They were great! I would rent from them again and I have already told my neighbors.

We've rented tools from other businesses, but will only rent from Bill's Tool Rental from now on. They were very helpful, friendly, efficient and accommodating. We rented in minutes (they have a lot of inventory) and were on our way without any trouble. We rented a jackhammer and were able to walk out with a variety of bits to try without paying extra.

Their rental prices are the lowest I've seen, and at least for our rental, they didn't pad the price listed online with a bunch of "extras" at checkout. They're a great business!
