Chris from access gate system came out and fixed my dual door swing electrical gate. He even programmed four key fobs. They (access gate system)have always serviced our gate. I'm kind of stunned at all the bad reviews because I've received nothing but excellent service. These gates do require service due to the wear and tear, weather lightning etc. that can cause damage to them. They are a good automatic gate company that have reasonable prices and are honest.

Access built and installed our gates a few years ago. For a while, they were fairly responsive and repaired the gate when needed. Over the last year or so, the gate has stopped working several times. I call and call and they say they'll come, but they never do. I call back, they say there sorry, someone will be right out, but no one ever shows. I finally went to someone else, who has been very responsive, but they had a difficult time at first because they weren't familiar with the set up and didn't know how and where the underground sensors had been run. I would never use Access Gates again.

Worst company ever the gates don't work at all on dec 20 I had an incident on my way out the gate suddenly shut down ended up trap between the gates which slash one of my front tires and bend my car they try to say that the gates work perfect and they won't be responsible for no damage even tho I have pictures of the incident and a video that show the gates don't work very unprofessional.

I contacted them a year ago when we started construction on our home. The owner Gary said it was too soon for him to come out but he told us to run two Cat 6 wires from the gate area to the house and call him once we were ready to design/install the gate. I have called 7-8 times over the last 4-5 weeks and spoke to the receptionist each time who claims she will have Gary call back.
He has never once called back. Even after I told her that I was a customer going back a year and ready to go forward with install. Nothing. So there's no way I'd call this outfit because you'll never see them if you have a problem if you are lucky enough to have them even call you back.
