It was a pleasant experience. The staff of Bell roofing are very professional and courteous. From arranging for pickup of my deposit check through careful instructions and patience during the necessary electrical power disconnection to picking up my final payment at the end of the job they made commercial roof replacement a very efficient organized process. They were always very polite on the telephone The final product is a beautiful new roof. I recommend highly bell roofing for your roofing requirements.

We have used Bell Roofing several times to fix leaks that have popped up on our roof, and they have always done a great job! Theron and crew and very responsive and detailed, and the crews do a very thorough job of finding and fixing the issues. I won't hesitate to call Bell again!

They did a great job on our roof replacement and were able to efficiently work around the weather (thunderstorms) to complete the job within a day and half. The customer service was outstanding. I was able to contact them easily via email and phone and received prompt responses.

Update: The owner and the entire team who worked with me reached out less than 24 hours of posting the update to the review and are in the process of getting the job finished and addressing the drip issue. Bell did a great job on our roof so we had them re-do all of our gutters and add LeaFree guards. They failed to complete the job per the contract and over half a year later have not resolved the issue. Adding insult to injury even though this section is explicitly referenced on the original contact Bell revised and increase the estimate to account for this section then still failed to complete it. It is the only section explicitly referenced in the contract.

My contractor recommended Bell Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. It took them all of one day to work on my house and it all went very smoothly. Five stars for sure!

After receiving 4-5 quotes, I used Bell Roofing to replace my roof due to hail damage. Thomas Miller was the claims specialist who worked with me initially during the estimate, color selection process. Thomas explained all the options adequately and followed through on his conversations. Subsequently, Ashley from their main office coordinated the day and provided written and verbal instructions on what to expect.

They switched the initially scheduled day at my request without any issues. Ashley was very detailed. Ashley also worked directly with my Insurance adjuster to provide them the necessary paperwork required to release the final payment. The roofing team did a very nice job, and worked tirelessly for 1.5 days to complete the roof, and clean up afterwards.

There were some nails that came down from the gutters after it rained, but that was an easy cleanup. The entire process was well-orchestrated by Bell Roofing, so I highly recommend them for full roof replacements.

We have used Bell Roofing for two new roof installs over the past couple of years. They do quality work, have a great team of employees that communicate clearly and effectively. Overall it has been a seamless process and we will continue to use them for future roofing projects.

He is very thorough in investigating the issue, extremely good at maintaining good communication, and backs up his work with a guarantee. The best in the business!

We were very pleased with our Bell Roofing experience. From the start, they were responsive and sent us a quote promptly. The quote was fair and comparable to, or better than, the other quotes we received. Perhaps most importantly, they communicated openly with us throughout the process, from planning through completion. They handled every aspect of the roof installation process efficiently, including arranging for delivery and removal of the dumpster, and were exceptionally thorough with their post-installation cleanup.

To whom maybe interested, Bell Roofing has been excellent throughout the entire process (getting quotes, adapting their schedule to ours, roof installation, final work inspection). In my case, we decided to replace the roof right after acquiring our house; but the acquisition got delayed by the lender's underwriting department. I am grateful that Bell Roofing adapted their schedule to ours with no certainty our acquisition would come through and despite their heavy work load. They have left the premise clean of any debris. I highly recommend.

We used Bell Roofing to replace the roof of our home. Thomas and Tracey made the process easy and smooth. They were communicative and went above and beyond to answer the many questions that I had. The installation seemed to occur without any problems and our new roof looks amazing! Pricing was reasonable and there were no surprise fees upon completion. We'll be having them replace our gutter system next!

Run, do not walk, away from this company. I had them install a new roof only to find that they had left rotting wood decking underneath. When another contractor noticed the issue, I had a professional inspector come out for a post-installation inspection. He found a slew of issues. Neither Bell roofing nor GAF is standing by their workmanship or their warranty. I wish someone had warned me. I am guessing most of the happy customers have not had their roof inspected. I was happy with them too before I had mine inspected.

Bell Roofing was extremely patient while waiting for my not so timely carpenter to finish their framing work. Ricardo, the owner, came out several times and gave me pep talks to keep me encouraged as water leaks started occurring. The Bell Roofing referrals were stellar and I can vouch that the entire team is personable, professional, and have high integrity.

Our job was finished in two days and that included additional carpentry work and full roof replacement, on time and agreed budget. We are so glad we got the roofing contractor right and you will be too!

I had roof damage due to Hurricane Michael. My insurance company informed me that I had to find my own contractor for the roof repair. I googled a few companies and decided on Bell Roofing due to the reviews I read. What a great choice I made. I had a great experience from talking with Thomas about the type of roof I wanted and the process that would follow to working with Tracey to secure documents and payment.

The crew was rescheduled due to rain but the first sunny day that was available, they were there on time and already working when I woke up that morning. My yard was covered with materials and a big dumpster but they did a great job cleaning everything up and removing the dumpster. The roof came with a warranty and so far I have no complaints. Bell Roofing provided me excellent service from start to finish. I even received a follow up phone call from Daris to make sure everything went ok. I would definitely recommend them for your insurance or regular roofing repair needs.

My roof sprung a leak and I needed repairs quick and I turned to Yelp to find me a reliable and proven roofer. If you did not know, Yelp does a good job of connecting you with providers that will respond and quote for services quickly. As such, I found Bell Roofing. Out the few estimates I have received, Bell Roofing provided the lowest estimate for the same job as the other roofing companies would.

I am also happy with Bell, because they were the first to come out and inspect the roof and give me a quote. Everything was professional. Their back office kept fantastic communication with me and I never once felt that I was just a number in their list of customers. Always prompt and courteous responses. The repairs was conducted over 2 visit and they also took pictures of the repairs for me. I needed pictures to work with my insurance; the pictures provided was very helpful. Overall, a positive experience indeed
