Four Seasons Swimming Pool Service

I can't say enough about this company they were there every day working w full crews when job was started until job was finished, it's a huge process. Rich, our project manager was amazing to work with as were all the crews, everyone was exceptional! They also have been very responsive on punch list items and working to resolve all items. I would definitely recommend High Tech Pools!

Design geniuses. The pool affecianado must admire. I trained all their staff in CPR and First Aid.

Phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was good throughout. Very pleased with the pool. Edit: Also, they've done a great job of addressing issues after they've had all my money and finished the job, which is what you want from a company. The automatic cover is a must. Make sure you are planful before starting your design (ie. Where you want your equipment, where you want lights, outlets, etc.) Highly recommend this company. Everyone from Terry to Rich, and all the service folks. It's been a pleasant experience.

The company I work for went through high tech pools in building of a waterpark. Barren one of the workers from high tech pools is absolutely amazing! He is very informative and knowledgeable of his work. He gave myself and fellows employees a full tutorial of how everything operates, how to take care of things etc. Cody was also part of the tutorial and gave very helpful information. Hands down great service high quality results and Barren helped ease a lot of stress.

We had High-Tech Pools install an 18'x36' pool. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They started work when they said they were going to start. Their crew worked continuously until they were finished. I felt the team was well coordinated and experienced. And, most importantly to me personally, they didn't compromise on quality. If I were to build another pool, I would use High-Tech Pools again.

So far I have truly enjoyed their service. Tom has been amazing to work with designing our pool. And although demand is high, they're timely and patient! Looking forward to our install! : Service: Design

We have had Pool Tech Pro's service for over 2 years and they do a fantastic job. Our tech, Trevor, takes care of the pool great, adjust my pump based on the time of year and always ensures my gate is locked after leaving my backyard. The service before would leave my gate open and my dogs would get out even after many calls asking them to make sure it was closed and locked. Never have to worry about that with Trevor. I highly recommend their service!

To all my past and current CPT's I advise that you stay away from this company. In just the brief interactions that i had today with Trish Buddner, i could see clearly that this company is the dark cloud over our industry. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least. So this is to warn you all that this is not a company that stands for the Service code that all real CPT's live by.

I was contacted this morning by Trish Buddner. She had reviewed my resume and of course she wanted to schedule a meeting with me. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH HER BY PHONE, I sent her a email reply stating that I had been trying to reach her. The first sign of professionalism is that she then in turn still didn't contact me by phone but then replies to my reply asking could I meet with her today at 2:30p.

I replied to her and advised that due to meetings that I had previously had scheduled for today that I would not be able to reach her office until at least 2:45p, she replied and asked me to come. I arrive at 2:40p which is earlier than i stated and she tells me that because I couldn't make it by 2:30p, that she no - longer wanted to meet with me.

I was shocked and offended that after my hour drive I was greeted with rudeness and curtness. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. ONCE I GOT BACK TO MY OFFICE I LOOKED UP REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY AND FOUND THAT I'M NOT THE FIRST TO FIND OUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. FYI: I'm a Certified Pool Technician. I've been providing professional service in North East Ohio for years now, and with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry and i have never encountered anyone that was so undeserving of the title service Provider.
