Matt was just here to repair a leak in my copper pipes at our house. Was scheduled for yesterday but they ran late and got me in first thing this morning. I have used Sarkinen plumbing on a previous occasion and they always provide excellent service. The technicians came out today on time as scheduled and quickly got to work replacing three toilets. I expected the work to last several hours but was finished in about three. The area was completely free of any residual debris from the work and I am more than happy with the result - I betting my water bill will decrease significantly with the new installation.

They also came out to unclog a garage drain. However, they quickly diagnosed the problem was not fixable, saving me time and money on the potential repair. I highly recommend Sarkinen - why shop around for a cheaper deal - I will stick with a company that provides high quality work.

I was very impressed by this service. I had a water main break under my house and they were able to send someone within 24 hours. Ciro was extremely helpful, professional and timely. I called Sarkinen to help an elderly neighbor of mine. I don't want to give to many details because I wasn't the customer, but I was there helping my neighbor with her issue and saw what wonderful service Sarkinen provided. The guys that came out were patient with her, explained everything thoroughly, and I saw the business itself really has a heart for our community. I am beyond impressed. We appreciate the quick response time. Unfortunately 44 days after our first cleaning we were plugged again. We are a 2 member household that does not throw anything but incidentals down the garbage disposal so evidently a plug was not not fully cleaned on the first $300 plus cleaning. We had to pay full price again to clean the same drains. Just thought it would be a less charge for the return call.

I would 100% recommend this company. I had a natural gas leak from a stove and had trouble finding someone to help diagnose and fix the problem. Sarkinen was not only easy to schedule with but I also got a courtesy call with an ETA on the day of service. Tim was great. He arrived and completed the work quickly and knowledgeably and was personable.

I was charged a very reasonable price for the work completed. I will not only use this company in the future but will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Top notch, same day service at a fair price. This was one of 3 plumbers referred to me but the only one that could come out right away. I was expecting an inflated quote since I needed the leak fixed right away but the price was great and the service was fast. Robert was the plumber who showed up and he was a true Professional! Very quick response and same day service on a weekend. Dispatch was polite and helpful. Plumber listened to our account of the problem and explained every step he took to fix it, including cost before proceeding. Solution was fast and easy (for me standing back watching at least). Very personable and easy to work with. Will call again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company and they're professionals both on-site and through the office. Friendly and professional. Plus they give us the best quotes out of what must have been a half-dozen bids. Our hot water heater nightmare is finally over and I can celebrate with a long hot shower. Would definitely recommend them and we'll use them again if any situation warrants the need for a accomplished plumber. 2 thumbs way up for this outfit!
