Services
In July of 1946, Willamette Concrete Products began manufacturing concrete block in response to the post World War II building boom. The original manufacturing plant was built on a 150' x 200' lot on the Willamette River between Eugene and Springfield. Willamette Concrete Products merged with a neighboring facility, Graystone Products, to become Willamette Graystone, Inc. The purchase of Builders Supply of Medford added manufacturing capacity, while Smithwich Block's acquisition provided a west Eugene retail outlet.
Willamette Graystone prides itself on providing superior products and responsive customer service. We not only sell the products we manufacture - concrete interlocking pavers, retaining wall systems, concrete block and septic & water tanks - but also the tools and the accessories you need to get the job done right.

I pick up a lot of maxi freight here. the office staff and forklift staff are all really nice and helpful. its a good team there. owner, do whatever you have to do to retain your current workers, especially the heavyset forklift guy, the tall thin one with the longer hair and beard, and the guy that wears the blue hard hat. and pretty much all of the office staff.

We did a small (~ 150 sq ft) paver update to our entry area. The plan was to use two different paver colors, with marble accents. We ordered charcoal and granite colors in 4"x4" and they looked exactly the same. We experimented with whitewashing some in an attempt to add color differentiation. But ultimately decided against it. Why do they even offer two different colors when they only carry one mixed up gray? Update 12/12/18: We ended up going back a third time to express our dissatisfaction with the colors.
They were quick to acknowledge the quality problem, and we (along with a few of their staff) went out to their supply yard and picked through several pallets to find the best colors. Based on their willingness to help us fix a frustrating situation, and that we ultimately found pavers with better coloring, I've increased my rating from 2 stars to 4. Update 10/06/20: Added picture of completed project. We still love it!
