Huge shout out to Sean with Quality Chem-Dry! He did an AMAZING job on our carpet. Our old sick pup had some accidents on the carpet near the end of his life and even though we cleaned it (with a steam cleaner) the smell was not good! I called Sean's office they got us scheduled right away. he called before arrival like we were told he would. He showed to the job early.
He got right to work and was done quickly. the carpet looks and smells amazing. I vacuumed after they were dry and in my vacuum canister was maybe 10 dog hairs. we have 3, well 2 now dogs. I could fill a vacuum canister in a hot second. Thank you Sean and Quality Chem-Dry! You ROCK!

Needed our carpets cleaned right before Christmas. Tried calling a few, lucked out when Quality Chem-Dry had a cancelation. Never used them before but we needed HELP. They came out, we discussed trouble areas/stains, they advised the best plan of action, no unwanted extra services/treatments, and they got to work! The result was FANTASTIC and it smelled NICE!
Over a month later.our sparkling clean carpet is holding up! No old stains resurfacing (which is the biggest problem we have) after a week or two - like other cleaning services we have tried. Getting a little more life out of our old carpet. Definitely using them AGAIN! Promised I would post a review - I wanted to put our carpet to the test, first.;) Passed 100%

Ive used chemdry in the past and was happy with the results and needed my carpets cleaned again. Shawn was very professional. Wore a mask and adhered to social distancing. My carpets feel amazing! Bedroom, hallway, landing area, stairs and living room for around $250 with a protectant. Very good bang for you buck and my carpets feel awesome.
