Quality Pool & Spa

I asked Steve to come look at tub which was not in working condition. He said he was "95% confident" the problem was with the display and said he could order it for $650 and install it for $150 (This part is only $300 on the master spa website BTW). I got a friend of mine with zero hot tub repair experience to take a look at the tub and he immediately identified the problem was a blown fuse.

We replaced the fuse for $5 and sure enough it fixed the problem. Either Steve was too incompetent to check the fuses or he knowingly recommended I go with the more expensive option which would not have even solved the problem. I'm not sure which is worse.

Derrick is an expert with spas. We had him come fix our hot tub that was not heating anymore. He was thorough and tested to be sure that what he thought was actually going on was truly the problem, and he had the solution. So grateful to have our hot tub working again for a reasonable price for the repair. When we have need for hot tub maintenance and repair, we will be calling again. And we will recommend Quality Pool & Spa to our friends and family.

We called Derrek for a warranty repair on our Pentaire pool heater. Derrek was absolutely wonderful! He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem correctly, and ordered the parts and fixed everything. He answers calls and emails promptly which is important in alleviating homeowner concerns. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable, very friendly and knows what he is doing. It is obvious that he takes pride in the quality of his work. I would absolutely recommend him and his business for all of your pool/spa needs.

The answer that the owner posted here is so untrue! Which shows the character of Derek. He lies! The service was to be change a valve and 2 split valves which he told my mom they weren't broken, he didnt changed it! I knew about the cracked part and the valve that wasn't working and bought the parts before he came, I asked him to change the broken parts which he refused to do, and even was rude to my mother saying that he didn't care about thoses parts.

I tried on a second attempt to have him changed the split nuts that on his second visit and he denied to finish the job. Then an third attempt he yelled on the phone, and was so rude and hang up the phone on me. So unprofessional. I just wanted him to finish what I asked him to do, because a previous friend told me about those issues! So people BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE PERSON!

After hangin the phone I asked when He would be available to finish to do what I first asked and bought the parts for his first visit. Then he wouldn't answer the phone. A child got the phone call and the secretary told me that he would only communicate by email. Oh what a drama, lack of professionalism and the worst treatment ever had. Awful experience! Derek the technician was so rude on the phone with me that he made me cry.

He yelled and was not professional to finish the job I paid for! The first time he was there he didn't communicate with me to tell me what service had to be done. I bought a part that needed to be fixed and he refused to come and finish the job. I had to call several times to try to ask him to fix the part I first asked him to do and he was so rude and unprofessional. Treated me with no respect at all.

The secretary tried to help juggle the situation and probably has to deal with this kind of treatment by him on the daily basis. Dont waist your time with quality spas! Awful customer service, charged me without explanation and denied to come finish the job. I never was treated like and I felt horrible.

Pool and Spa was very helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my old hot tub. They were very responsive and were able to fit me in for a service call in just a couple of days. Had some pump issues and needed someone to come help me out. I called and spoke with Derek. He was extremely busy but took the time to talk with me. All the work crews were booked solid for the next few days. So, he took the time to try and diagnose the problem and walk me through some fixes over the phone. He was very, very helpful and was able to give me the information I needed to identify the problem.

After that first call, And doing the outlines steps, I found a broken part that needed to be replaced. So, I called again the next day. Spoke with Derek again and he was once again amazing in tracking down the part and getting it for me. I went down to the shop that day to get the part, and met Derek in person and Kara who was running the front desk.

They were both very kind and helpful, and spent extra time teaching me about my pump and how to fix it. I was very impressed and happy with their kind generous help! Thank you Quality Pool and Spas!

Purchased a home and didn't have a clue how to winterize my pool. Called several providers with no response or no availability. Spoke with their office manager and set the appointment. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. The real test will be when I open it back up. I will be using them for this service as well. They also looked at my hot tub and got it up and running. I had contacted the local dealer of the spa with no response.

Reading all the reviews sounds like they must have changed a few things. My experience with these guys years ago they put a new heater in for a pool all the fittings ended up loose. And it was leaking very poor craftsmanship very expensive, and when I called them and told them what was happening they wouldn't do anything for me or come out and fix the problem. I had to call another contractor pay him to fix the issue.

Quality pool is amazing! My pump broke the day before we were going to have a pool party. When I called frantically trying to get help Amber got me an appointment that day and she was so sweet about it! Jeff came within the hour and looked at it for me. He didn't have the part to fix it on his truck but he went and got the part and came back after hours to get it installed.

He was professional and so fast. He had the part replaced in less than five minutes! The whole process was stress free and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs pool help. Great job!

I have had one of their technicians work on our hot tub a few times and felt the work done was excellent. The second time, my husband was available and had the same feelings about the work done. I feel they are the only company I will be calling in the future for any work needed. Each time Jeff gave me detailed information of what he did and what he found was wrong.

We both felt Jeff was an excellent technician and service was great. The Office Manager too was great to work with and kept me informed on when they would be out. I would recommend them anytime.
