Make sure to measure correctly, the company will install regardless of them fitting or not. If they don't fit they will still install, if they're damaged they will charge you for a new window and install. Armando, we apologize for the inconvenience however, we do not warranty customer supplied sizes. Yes, I did realize that. I don't see anything on my invoices disclosing that you will not warranty windows measured by me or a 3rd party, at the time of install I would have preferred holding the contractor responsible vs having to pay for a window installed by your team knowing it didn't fit

Wish I could tell you that I had a great experience but so far, its been poor. I spoke to a woman last week who promised to send a quote over via email which never came. I called to report this on a Friday morning and to ask for the work to begin and was sent to voicemail. I am now following up on a Monday afternoon, within business hours and am being sent to voicemail again.

Wish companies would make it easy to do business with them. In response to the owners response: Do your "records" indicate that you didn't document my email address correctly? Do they indicate that your voicemail was malfunctioning (per a Courtney who mentioned this to me over voicemail a few days after I left this review). Disputing my experience is a nice touch though. From the bid process to the cleanup, This crew was professional and detail minded, answered all of our questions and were prompt and skilled in the upgrade and replacement of all of our house windows. If I need window work in the future we will contact them.

Does not offer competitive pay for the industry they serve. Uless you consider them trying to compete with mcdonald's. Lots of eye rolling from the manager during interview. Obviously doesnt take a great stand on professionalism

I ordered glass for my desk and credenzas and they arrived nearly 2 hours late to deliver it and did not call or advise me that they were going to be late or when they were arriving (on November 18, 2020). I had a client with me when they arrived since they did not come in the two (2) hour window I had arranged so they left and now I've been waiting for three (3) weeks for someone to call me to reschedule the delivery. I have found this all to be very unprofessional and discourteous.

I ordered some cut glass with a polished edge for some new end tables. Not only did they take the order over the phone, they had it ready when promised and even carried it to my car for me! Excellent friendly company and service. Thank you!

Less than 1/2 the price of big online custom glass manufacturers and weeks faster. Great local experience. I needed two custom sized tempered aquarium tops. They fit perfect. Couldn't be happier.

Actually available after hours (unlike the other's we came across) - Lynn is a nice guy and did a great job cleaning up our shattered glass sliding door. It would have been a hot mess if I'd tried a DIY project! Hope to continue having a great experience with Murray Glass

Murray Glass installed the glass doors on our bathroom shower and we couldn't be happier with the excellent work and quality service they provided. Even better, when one of the doors needed some adjustment a few months after the installation, they came out and fixed it at no charge! Their team is responsive and friendly, and I'd highly recommend them to anybody in the Salt Lake area looking to improve their home or office with quality glass work.

I had a great experience with them with my frameless shower. Everything from measurement to install went extremely smoothly and professionally. They even indicated that they had sent a piece back to be redone, which gave me confidence that they only install what is up to their standard. 10/10 would order another from them.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Murray glass. They refuse to make right their error in my custom glass order after multiple attempts to contact them. Would not recommend.

Our company has used Murray Glass to help with our glass needs for the past year. They are FANTASTIC to work with. Stephanie has great communication with me to make sure that our customers are taken care of.

These guys are not following the state guide lines of wearing masks and social distancing. Ryan was rude when I asked him to wear a mask. He said he didn't have a mask saying, its my body and started walking toward me. He showed up late for the appointment also saying he didn't have my phone number. I gave them my phone number when I made the appointment.

I told him to come back when he had a mask. After he left he called me (I thought he was going to apologize) but he told me he would not be coming back out and was very rude again. It turned out the person that came out was one of the owners! His costumer relations suck! I am 78 year old and subject to complications for C-19 so why take chances? The office personnel were very nice and did a good job on their end.

I will never use them again. I am updating this review. It turns out the person that came to my house was not the owner as I was told. The owner Kyle called me as soon as he found out this had happen. Kyle offered to replace my glass free to makeup for the anguish I went through dealing with Rxxn. He sent out two other guys to measure the window (wearing Masks).

Today they installed the new glass in a very professional manner.(wearing masks) My opinion of Murray Glass has change 180 deg. From the worst to the best. A lot of businesses would not have taken the time to make this right but Kyle did. He is a first class guy and Murray Glass is the best!

Fast, perfect service for what we envisioned. I have a new master bath shower glass/door that looks stunning! I would highly recommend Murray Glass for any of your glass needs!

I get all of my glass through Murray Glass. I'm a contractor and I do a lot of glass shower surrounds. Murray always has very competitive pricing, as well as knowledgeable staff. Their installers are punctual and courteous. So glad I have Murray Glass in my Rolodex.

Love this company they were so helpful in finding the right glasses for my project I had another bed and it was $100 more than what they charged.they were very helpful with all the information I needed to install a window in my door. Start here first it'll save you a lot of gas!

So happy with the work Murray Glass did. I needed a glass shower door for my shower we just completed. The whole process was super easy, friendly staff and fast installation.

Murray Glass provided a great product. I remodeled my bathroom and had three quotes, and Murray was competitively prices. After reading the yelp reviews, I chose them based on review and price. I had euro frameless shower doors installed, a mirror from vanity to ceiling, and a mirror for the medicine cabinet door. I was a little nervous how it would all turn out.

The product is excellent. Perfect cuts, high quality flat polish, high end hardware for the euro door hinges, and I'll say perfect cuts again. I actually provided my own hardware for the shower door handle and the cabinet door handle, to match my bathroom hardware set. They accepted the request with ease. They took their time measuring (might ask them to leave their shoes at the door next time) which helped deliver a great product.

My only gripe, a big one (but not enough to discount a star) is scheduling. I know custom glass takes a long time, but I was the one who was proactively reminding their staff to schedule installations (when the glass had already been cut and sitting there). The project duration lasted 3 months, and could have been shorter if their scheduling was more proactive.

Their staff did not always pay attention to detail and made multiple schedule mistakes which impacted my schedule a few times. If this is a gripe for you, you might want to look at a competitor. Overall, great product, great price. Speed? Well you can't always have all three. But for something that will last a long time, I was ok with great quality and price.

Called for an estimate, it took 2 weeks! Placed the order, 2 weeks later they called and said their guy can be there in 2 hours, Well I have a schedule too, asked for the next available date.another week!, seems they can only work in my part of town on Tuesdays? This is NOT how you build a customer base or repeat business. Winston T.

The folks at Murray Glass saved our Christmas! After repeated attempts to get a piece of glass cut for our dining table from another company, we called Murray Glass. They were able to cut a piece to our specs and smoked which the other company wouldn't offer within less than 24 hours. Very professional all the way! Thank you!

I had a simple job to be done--cut an existing mirror down to specific size. They quoted $5 per cut. I go to pick it up and they charge me for 2 cuts, which didn't make sense, since it should've been a single length-wise cut. I question them, they check in the back and confirm it was two, so I pay. They bring it out and I take it to my car.

I inspect it and it was very clearly a single cut job. Yes, it was only 5 bucks extra, but it's more the principle of being over-charged. They also threw out the other half of the mirror they cut off. "Well, did you ask for it to be saved?", they said. They do this every day, I don't--they should ask those questions as a matter of course.

Murray Glass was fabulous to work with. Their receptionists are wonderful and friendly. They were always on time for their appointments. I went into their location after receiving my bid to see which windows they were quoting me for and they explained absolutely everything to me. I will always use Murray Glass in the future. Friendly, Fair and on time.
