Texturite

I had Texturite take down our popcorn ceiling and replace it with their version of knockdown ceiling. They started on the basement first and then next day were to do the upstairs. The 2 gentleman that prepped and scraped were really nice and easy to work with. They did do a great job leaving everything clean. My problem is how horrendous their work was.

I wash shocked when I walked downstairs. My white ceiling now looked like dirty moon craters as seen in the pictures. When I contacted them I was told they come out to look at it but never showed up. Also they use antique white paint, which was never disclosed during our consultation. Needless to say I cancelled the upstairs job immediately. I was so mad and disappointed with their work and wish I had kept the popcorn.

Fast forward 2 years and I finally had all this torn down and a real knockdown ceiling installed by a different company. So in essence I should have just saved my money and had it done correctly the first time around. Think twice before using this company unless you like this type of ceiling. Otherwise you'll end up paying double to get it done correctly

I had Texturite out to do our ceilings in our entryway, kitchen and living room. I am thrilled with the outcome! Everything looks so fresh and bright. We've removed popcorn and had knock down down multiple times in different homes. It's messy! Texturite has a process that is different from anything I've seen but it's clean, quick and looks great. They were professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

The men that I dealt with throughout the whole process were very kind, helpful and professional. The project in my basement only took one day and the price was fair. My ceiling looks great overall, I am just wondering if the actual spots from my plumbing leak were just 'covered over' and not fixed. Still, overall good work and done in a timely manner.

Texturite gave my old popcorn ceilings a NEW, CLEAN look. I love it. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up when they were finished. I was very impressed on how they sectioned off my home to keep down the dust levels during the process. I highly recommend their ceiling services!
