Jabara's Carpet Gallerie

Come July, I will have lived in my home three years. The house was built in 2007 and the previous owners spent little time at the residence. It is time for an update. I have shopped Jabara's Carpet many time in the past and been pleased with the selection. This time I needed some advice about the best options for my patio home. In addition, I have two pets (a dog who is older and prone to accidents) and a cat.

I had the good fortune to speak with Mr Fox in the Carpet Galerie In a very short time I had all my questions answered, had an appt to have my house measured and was leaving with samples of my selection to try in my home. I am a happy camper.

I was incredibly impressed with my experience at Jabara's; specifically with Chris Holman and Ryan Winder. Both Chris and Ryan went above and beyond insuring the rugs I received were exactly what I wanted. Additionally, Chris and Ryan were informative & patient as I made my decision. Lots of choices. Beautiful rugs at a great price. I couldn't find a rug that matched my baby blue couch, though. Maybe I will find one in the Spring or Summer.

We got an amazing deal on engineered hardwood floors and carpet for our bedrooms. Jesse owner of J&T Flooring installed our floors and did an exceptional job. His team was very respectful and worked long hours to get the job done. I would recommend Jesse for any flooring project you may have!

Check them out for all your remodelling needs. They have a good selection and GREAT prices. I bought a new front door and door knob set for about 1/2 of what the box stores want. Shop local!

Jesse McGill installed carpet in my basement. he was punctual, kind, and very reasonably priced for instillation! Very profesional. I highly recommend!

Always happy with the service we get here. I ventured out and tried a couple other stores recently trying to find something Jabara's didn't have in stock and either got rude customer service or no service at all. Won't be wasting my time elsewhere in the future.

I could not discourage you more strongly from hiring Jabara's if you are looking to hire a company to install materials in your home. I hired them to install backsplash in my kitchen and one bathroom. On each project they did not order enough material (they did the measuring and bidding on both rooms) and both rooms of my house have been in a state of disrepair now for a considerable period of time because of Jabara's incompetence.

When the installer came back to finish the kitchen the second time because they screwed up measuring the first time, they STILL did not have enough material to finish and my projects are both still incomplete. Due to the shortage of material supply this has resulted in a project stretching out months longer than it should have and has required me to be home while they install on multiple occasions.

The sales person I worked with (Chris) was horribly bad about communicating, I had to reach out to him multiple times to check on status of the project, confirm details, etc. The lack of professionalism and skill I experienced with Jabara's team was shocking, I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Do not hire this company to do anything in your home or business unless you want significant hassle and disappointment. Their employees were not able to divide square footage of tile needed by square footage of tile per box. Twice. The manager (Ryan) offered up what amounted to a shoulder shrug and an I'm sorry for significant delays and incompetence which were 100% Jabaras fault.

The photo included is the unfinished work on one of my kitchen walls. This entire wall was completely unfinished after the first round of installation because of Jabaras initial measurement error. They subsequently ordered more tile which took weeks to arrive, only to find themselves short again. The bathroom in our basement is in a similar state of incompletion because of Jabaras inability to correctly measure a very small bathroom space the first time. Stay away from this place if you want your project done correctly.

We recently had Jabara's replace all the carpet in our home. We were so pleased with not only the beautiful carpet but with the timely manner and professionalism with which the work was done.

The employees there were real nice helpful we got the carpet we wanted the pad and the tack strip less than $400 that was a good experience

Always friendly and super helpful. We have shopped here many times and always manage to stumble over some great prices! They loaded our DIY project carpet for us. Everyone was very cheerful and polite.

We are looking for a large area rug. Trent was MOST helpful and knowledgeable about not only various products but how the company works to help its customers. We were very appreciative.

Jabara's never disappoints! Everyone is so polite, friendly and knowledgeable! We got luxury carpet at a fraction of the price! Installation was professional and the installers are highly experienced. Sara in the Galeria is amazing! She helped us with our flooring for a room and hallway remodel. We are so pleased with the value! We will be using Jabara's for our kitchen too!

I rarely go to retail stores, but Jabara's is the exception. I prefer Facebook Marketplace for bargains, but I got a better deal here than Facebook or Craigslist and the staff was awesome! Jerry Becker was great! He helped me look at carpet and vinyl matches and I never felt pressured. Only helpful assistance and honesty. Will for sure come here first next time I need flooring!

Very happy with the service and product I received from Jabara's. Ryan was the best to work with. He did a great job explaining the different types a d quality of carpet. We found one that fit our budget and we are very happy. They were very competitive with the big box chains and it felt even better supporting a local business. Thank you!
