Poor customer service and lack of office management oversight for planning. When someone sets a time for an appointment - you need to keep that and they didnt. Sure, I am giving one star becuase of my experience over the phone, but I called them twice to make this happen and they failed. Honestly just stick with a local smaller business and you will be much happier- like Sigma Pest Control or other local pest control businesses.

I have bugs and spiders that make their way inside but figure the treatment keeps them to a minimum. What I can't stand with this business is their scheduling process. You get a call the night before they come out to tell you a time frame. Uh - no! I stupidly paid for a year in advance and will not be renewing my contract. I need someone who can give me more than 12 hours notice so I don't have to plan a whole day of waiting at home.

The WORST! Best advice I can give USE someone else. They come every couple weeks and we are STILL infested with bugs. The service man comes whenever is convenient for him taking no care for our schedule as the customer. He leaves notes on the door saying he serviced us yet we never see him provide the service and we don't see any results from the service. I have no IDEA how these folks stay in business like this. DONT DO IT.

Colony Pest Control inspected my home for wood-destroying insects as part of the home buying process. Their report stated that there was no evidence of any wood-destroying insects and that no treatment was recommended. My husband and I purchased the home, and less than 2 months later had a different pest control company out to our new home and they found active termite colonies in our home.
So we are now paying thousands of dollars in exterminating and repairing our new home that we thought was a safe purchase after Colony Pest Control's inspection stated there were no wood-destroying insects. Terrible service for sure.

So I purchased my home on May 31st. The previous owners paid for termite treatment through this company. I've since been trying to contact the company to see if the treatment was under warranty and can i get someone out to spray again. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! NO ONE! Their hours says 8-4:30 but not matter what time of day I call. I can never get through to a live person.

Okay, first off, this review has nothing to do with their actual work as a pest control company; I've never used them. A few years ago, one of their trucks bumped my car at a stop light. My car was brand new (about 2 months old.) We pulled over into a parking lot and a manager came out. They said, "Send us the estimate and we'll take care of it.
No need to call your insurance company." I went and got an estimate for the work and it was $700 to repaint my bumper. That is when their story changed. Suddenly, I rolled back into them, in my automatic vehicle on a barley there incline. I called and spoke to the owner of the company who basically called me a liar who was trying to extort money out of his company.
I called my insurance company and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. I submitted a complaint to the BBB, which the owner replied to, again calling me a liar. Considering how they dealt with this issue, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
