My name is Rich Hall, and I am the owner and founder of Homeworx Services, Inc. I have worked in home construction for most of my adult life, beginning at the age of 17. Before becoming a home inspector I was a licensed contractor for many years building homes, commercial buildings, and government projects.
We follow the InterNACHI standards of practice and code of ethics with all our residential property inspections. We use aerial drone technology to photograph the more inaccessible areas of the home at no additional charge. Our Buyers Inspection covers all the important structural and mechanical parts of the home.

Rich was wonderful to work with. He provided the home inspection on the home we are hoping to buy. He walked through everything with us, provided a detailed and easy to understand report that night, and really helped to teach us about the maintenance required for the different systems in the house. 10/10 would recommend!

Rich did an inspection on a commercial building for us. We had a short study period, and Rich was able to get us on his schedule right away. He was prompt, thorough and very cost efficient.
