I've used Pruzansky Plumbing several times over the last few years, and have nothing but great feedback to share. The staff are always professional, communicative, and timely and have explained to me the underlying issues and processes for any plumbing fixes. I had a new toilet installed five years ago that was efficiently put in and still works perfectly, and they've helped me clean/snake a drain line to avoid a potential clog with my shower drain (thank you Gavi!). Prices have gone up a bit over the last few years, most likely due to the pandemic, but I still find their services to be fairly priced, especially given the quality and level of service that I've received.

Will and Dan were superb. They came when scheduled, assessed the problems quickly and got right to it. Fixed everything quickly, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves. My mother returned home from the hospital after battling Covid (and losing my Dad to it) only to find that her bathroom toilet on the ground floor had frozen. Due to still recuperating and being on Oxygen, she was limited to the first floor of her house. Of course, this occurred on a Friday afternoon. Pruzansky Plumbing recognized the immediacy of her request and sent Ed over.

He researched the problem and was able to make the toilet work again until they could come back and do a more thorough inspection. They truly gave my mother and me a sense of relief while she dealt with all of the events that had happened. I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of having a pipe replaced in my kitchen by Ed Gilligan. Ed was knowledgeable and professional. He and his assistant were able to finish the job in a few hours and left the area neat and clean. I mention this because they had to cut away sheet rock to access the pipe. Ed and his assistant were very friendly which is always important to me. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Pruzanky Plumbing and ask for Ed.

Dan and Will from Pruzansky were absolutely amazing. Prompt, responsive and quickly replaced my Gerber three stem shower system and leaking shut off valves. We have a 20 year old apartment with numerous issues. We also have terrible installers in the region and had repeatedly refused to install a replacement washer/dryer we were trying to buy for various stupid reasons after, no exaggeration, 11 attempts by three different appliance store chains. So we just had them deliver it and asked Pruzansky to install it.

We had much other work to do at the same time -- replace two toilets, plus the faucets and drains for two sinks (all of which Pruzansky supplied as well as installed), and several other drains to clear. Pruzansky sent two very professional installers who did the work with no issues in only 5 or 6 hours counting a lunch break. They also alerted me to corroded shutoff valves and issues with the original toilet installed that required repairs to the flanges and fixed those as well at a very reasonable charge, since they were already there.

They arrived exactly on time and cleaned up after they were done. I could not have asked for better service, and have already recommended them to my neighbor, who has a very similar apartment the same age and hence very similar issues.

Came when they said they would on time to fix our heat. Professional and courteous all the way

I contacted Pruzansky Plumbing heating for some work on our home we bought in Glen Ridge NJ. Mitch and his team were extremely responsive. We needed a new hot water heater, which was done the next day when we made the request and was very affordable. We also need both HVAC units replaced, which was a major job. Jeremy his main technician came by our home several times before the install to settle our concerns, and assure us the job would be done as we wanted.

Well Jeremy did a fantastic job communicating with us on each and every stage. When you call this company, they respond right away. Hard to find reliable and accountable firms like Pruzansky. I highly recommend them when it comes to plumbing and heating.

Forget about speaking with a live person. You'll get an automated email that you'll have to type in a request for a quote. If it's on a weekend you'll wait till monday. If it's on a weekday, you'll get an email reply the next day. This is in a warm week. Try waiting to speak with a real person in the middle of winter when your heat is gone.

Pruzansky Plumbing is my go to for anything plumbing or heating/ cooling related. As a real estate agent, it's critical to have go to professionals for my clients. I know if they go to Pruzansky, we're covered. And it's not just my clients that have benefited from using Pruzansky, I've also had them do multiple jobs for me. They are responsive, professional, don't rip you off and get the job done. I can't say enough how awesome they are! I highly recommend them!

Wilfredo at Pruzansky Plumbing helped us with a leak from our toilet. He was on time and had good communication via cellphone. He first diagnosed the problem, and then did a professional fix. It turned out to be the wax seal at the base of the toilet. He was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much Wilfredo for a job well done!

This Company works for our property management company. They needed to purge my unit for the base board heat last year when they had to shut the system down. The so called plumber was condescending to me as a Senior Citizen women. When I called him back on his cell to say the heat still was not working he answered the phone rudely and did not come back to my unit even though I could see his truck in the parking lot.

Soon after that I realized that something was leaking. I called after the heat was shut off to have someone come out and look at it. I thought it might be the valve as several of my neighbors had recently had their valves changed for approximately $400.00. When I called (Tuesday) I was told they were booking for Friday without even asking if it was an emergency. the woman put me on hold and I was given a quote, site unseen for $700 to $ 850.00.

I had already let them know that I was a senior citizen. When I said they had done the work for several other owners for approximately $400.00 she said well that was last year. I told her never mind there was no return call or negotiating. I guess they are just too busy! BUYER BEWARE, BETTER BUSINESS AND WEB SITES NOTIFIED.

My experience with Pruzansky was good! Ed was the person I had dealt with and he was professional in giving the quote and executing the work. Replaced a sink, faucet and shut off valves. All work was done as quickly as possible.

Always prompt and professional, for jobs both big and small. They are my go to in case of emergency and for routine maintenance. I appreciated their honesty too. My garbage disposal wasnt working properly and rather than trying to sell me a new unit the technician spent the time to actually fix the unit and save me money!

The technician was super professional and was wearing a mask and gloves when he arrived. We appreciate that right now. He got us back up and running quickly. I'd highly recommend using these guys!

Master plumber Gala worked efficiently and creatively, quickly solving my baseboard hot water thermostatic control and valve installation quirks on the fly, adding cut-off and drain valves omitted when built. The completed installation was so beautiful it was a shame to cover. A joy to watch a master at work!

Not only is this company negligent but unethical as well. I purchased a $20K boiler from them 4 years ago and not only has the boiler broken down 9 times, leaving 50 families without hot water but they refused to service it because we had to have another company work on it when it broke down last winter and they weren't available. They even tried to sell us a new one only 2 years after they sold and installed the current one.

I tried and tried to get these guys to help but they had no interest in backing their work or their product. Apparently integrity isn't a family trait. You're only as good as your weakest link and the chain for this company is broken.

I called because my AC unit was leaking and they sent a guy out within the hour. The guy was professional and knew what he was doing; he was able to resolve my issue in about an hour. Afterwards he patiently explained to me what he did, why this situation occurred, and provided preventative measures going forward. I was really happy with the service and response time and would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! They will promise you one price and later on bill you DOUBLE without a valid explanation as to you. The plumbers came to the house to fix a sewage problem only to screw up the first job and had to come back again. It was clearly their fault for not fixing up the pipes the first time around and complained that they had to do DOUBLE the work when their mistake was the reason why for coming back. Unless you want excuse after excuse, expensive upcharges, and an unprofessional team then by all means book them.

Bait in switch company that clearly has a shady history of doing business. They never send the same technician out so the right hand doesn't know what the left did, they overcharge, leave things out of their notes conveniently - I would never use this company again or recommend their services.

My wife and I are first time homeowners in Wayne, and have twice relied on Pruzansky Plumbing in an emergency as we settle into our home. Quick response, great service and the best plumbers in North Jersey.

You don't stay in business for 100 years unless you're an honest, customer oriented company.

Their prices are way too high and they won't ever give us a quote. Avoid, go to other plumbing services. There are tons out there.

They are scammers. My husband called them to check our boiler. The guy from pruzansky said that it needs to be changed. First, they gave a quote for a new boiler much higher than the market rate (we called up another company and they gave us a much lower quote for a new boiler). Secondly, they charged us an exorbitant service fee just to tell us that the boiler needs to be changed.

They should have disclosed this service fee of $160 at the time of making the appointment. Please do not call them for your plumbing needs. you will end up feeling cheated like we are feeling.:(
