I'm a Comfy Club member, and the regular maintenance check-ups always go well. The technicians are friendly, thorough, and always answer my questions well (and I ask a lot of questions). The most recent appointment with Kyle gets me writing. He was especially friendly and helpful. Along with the usual good service I have grown accustomed to, Kyle went above the call of duty in a unique way.

The vent to my dryer happens to be above my AC unit outside. Kyle noticed a bumblebee buzzing around the vent and offered to check the vent to make sure bees were not taking up residence there. Fortunately, they were not, but Kyle found the remnants of an old bird nest and cleaned it out.

We had our biannual system check. Kyle was very personable and professional. He checked everything thoroughly and gave me options on his recommendations of what we should repair/replace now and what would help extend the life of our unit. I was very pleased with the service. Dalton Hadley was my Technician from Daunhauer. He came to perform regular maintenance on my heating system. Dalton found an error made from when furnace was installed 1 year ago. That part was disturbing but nothing to do with this young man. He was very professional. He took time to explain what the problem was and the company has agreed to repair at no expense to me.

Still waiting on that refund though. I feel confident they will shortly. If not. I will come back to the web page and give you guys an update. Thank you Dalton for your assistance.

Technician was professional, courteous also knowledgeable if your products and well known competitors. He spoke with my husband and I without having us (the consumers) feel misled or pressured to overspend. Excellent. Always does a excellent job. Heating or plumbing. The Best. I've used both services and they will not leave until they fix the problem. If the first person is unable to fix the problem they will call for backup or more industrial equipment. I've used them for 15 plus years. Never ever disappoint. And the technician all are great. They go over and above to make sure when they leave everything is working properly.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Both departments from the heating and cooling as well as plumbing are horrible. I have their membership, and the lack of customer service could be managed better by a toddler. They do not call you back, they mess up when they come to your house, they do not alert you when they change your appointment.

They will also price quote you something on the phone, then the technician will tell you a different price when they arrive at your house. Then when you complain about that they say they are not supposed to quote prices over the phone. I was quoted 800 per installation of a nest unit by the technician, but I was told 370 on the phone by the representative per unit.

Watch out for the price manipulation, and look elsewhere. I took a day off from work and the nests were not installed because they did not bring them. Today my fiance took a day off from work for the plumbing crew, they set an appointment that ranged from 10am-5pm, never showed. I called just now they had her number on file but she never received a call, nor was an email sent to me: Also to make things even more comical is they only warranty their pipes for 1 year.

We had a pipe burst due to the cold and made an appointment for a tech to come out and take a look. They set our appointment for window of 11am-5pm. never saw them. The company eventually called around 630 and hung up when we answered the phone. Didn't answer when we called back. Never heard back from them or received a message, voicemail, or email.

When we called the next day they were completely unapologetic and didn't even bother to complete the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and we're still without water in our kitchen. Not to mention we lost an entire day waiting around for no one to show up. Don't waste your time and call a different plumber.

Our technician was amazing. However the only time parts were found or follow up appointments were made were immediately after I called to check on the status after being told each time that as soon as they knew anything we would be contacted. It would appear their ordering/follow up systems could use some help. The people were always friendly and helpful, always polite, which is why even after waiting 8 weeks for heat, I still feel 3-3.5 stars is fair.
