The estimate and subsequent work done to reroute the gas line in my residential basement was prompt, professional, quick, and safe. Ryan H and his fellow associate were polite and expedient without sacrificing quality. They completed the job well and left nearly no trace behind that they were there, even though I know putting a hole in foundation is a messy business. Thank you, gentlemen!

I had my water heater, water softener, and sump pump replaced. They did a great job. The installer explained everything really well including how to maintain them. They arrived the same day for an estimate and had everything installed two days later. Another company had quoted me two weeks. Very impressed and I will use them in the future.

We called several plumbers when our water heater had a leak, some of them didn't respond, others were booked out and most didn't service our area. The ones that didn't service our area were actually closer to our home than Schlueter plumbing.(Which I didn't understand, but there was a silver lining at the end of all of this!) Plumbers servicing the "tri-state" area won't drive half an hour but the plumbers at Schlueter drove 45 minutes to us and did an incredible job.

I received a quick call back after leaving a voicemail, so very thankful that they were able to send out two of their plumbers the same day within just a couple of hours. They were very professional, friendly, affordable and our problem was fixed the right way. With two kids in the home, we just wanted to have our hot water heater functioning as soon as possible, Schlueter plumbing really delivered in terms of prompt service. I checked several plumbers online and decided to call Schlueter. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional. Ian came out the next day, as requested, and looked at all I wanted to do. He gave me an estimate on each item and fully explained what he would do. I decided to do just the major things right now, and he went right to work, finishing pretty quickly. I believe Ian did a very good job and feel very confident with it and with him. I will definitely use Schlueter again.

Had a water heater installed about a year and a half ago. There have not been any problems with unit since the installation. The installer, Damien, was extremely conscientious and professional as well as thorough. He went beyond the call of duty to simplify any future maintenance requirements. My only critique of the firm is that I'm not a fan of paying for someone simply coming to my home because I'm putting my hard earned dollars at risk of receiving an estimate that's out of line with what's reasonable and customary for a given area. Fortunately, that did not happen in this case. I would use them again.

PCR valve on the main water inlet to the house malfunctioned and needed replacing. They also found the main water cut off valve not working properly. Arrived 4 hours early, and finished the entire repair in about 2 hours. Excellent work and very professional respectful people. I highly recommend this team to anyone in the West Chester area.

I called for a badly leaking faucet in the kitchen, they came quickly and fixed the problem in minutes. I then spoke to them regarding a water heater problem, they came back the next week and fixed the problem. They were professional, quick, and left everything neat and clean. Schlueter Plumbing responded quickly to our sewer back up. The problem was managed and the line opened. Our service guy was very polite and professional and offered information to correct the problem for the future. As a result of his experience and advice we had the Pear tree in our front yard cut down, to avoid further intrusion of roots into out main line. If we have any future issues we plan to have Schlueter Plumbing back to take care of the problem. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

We knew when we moved into our home that we had roots in our sewer drain but they never caused an issue until recently. We called Schlueter Plumbing and the next day they were out to help us. Joe and Tyler arrived right on time and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were respectful of our home when moving around their equipment and answered any questions I had.

After they were finished, they let me know what they did and even showed me a video of the now cleared sewer drain. We will definitely use them again if we have any sewer or drain issues.
