We have been thrilled with the services and products at Wardway for over 2 decades! They are an excellent example of a family run Westside business. We use the propane, fuel oil and pool services over two homes and could not be more please. The customer service is super responsive and very knowledgeable! I trust them and highly recommend them!

Kyle and another gentleman were excellent. They repaired and cleaned our gas fireplace. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We had purchased a table-top Hampton Bay fireplace/pit at Home Depot specifically designed for umbrella tables.(wife really wanted it), utilizing a 1 pound Coleman style tank. Well we went to connect the tank, as per instructions, and the metal collar on the bottom of the table would not permit tank connection as per instructions.it was going to require a hose.

Well I figured if you have to get a hose anyway, why not get a larger tank as a one pound tank only lasts an hour at most and unless you plan to by a self-refill kit, you are going to be buying a lot of Coleman tanks that you throw away! What a waste! So I called Wardway fuels on Bridgetown Rd. and spoke to a really nice young lady that said they could help me.

I drove over from Indiana and took the fire place, told them I had limited space beneath the table, and could they help me? They had the hose and a 5 pound tank! Wow, it was exactly what I needed at a very, very fair price! Shoot, their advice and helpfulness made the trip from Lawrenceburg well worth while, as NO one in the area had the hoses let a lone a 5 pound tank! They were teriffic!

The young man who refilled my propane tanks was professional and friendly. The price was the best I've seen.

What can I say about Wardway Fuel? That they are AWESOME! I've been a customer for over 11 years and have yet to get anything less than a superb experience. Great Customer service, deep bench of expertise, top line products, and alway a happy greeting. I wish all businesses operated like Kevin and the Crew at Wardway.

Customer service was extremely rude! In January, We thought something was wrong with the furnace but come to find out We needed oil. Because it was so unexpected, The Landlord called and ordered a load and arranged for Us to pay Her back. I called that day to an older Lady and explained the situation and before I could say much, She said "The owner has already called and I'm not getting in the middle of it". Woah Ma'am I'm calling to see how I can sign up for the monthly payment plans and have automatic deliveries and to be billed (I have great credit so it wouldn't have been an issue).

She tells Me that isn't a thing. Well yes it is because there were automatic fill ups set up when We moved here and were in the name of the Owners Father that passed away several years ago and I called to stop that because that seemed odd to Me to get the bills in Someone's name that was deceased. Any who, The Lady didn't want to "get in the middle of it" yet She told the landlord My last fill up along with how much, Etc.

That's definitely getting in the middle and releasing My information. She lied and was rude! So I switched to Lykins! That's the 2nd time that lady has been rude and I wish I knew Her name! I guess because I'm a renter, She assumes I don't have the credit to do a monthly plan? Boy is She wrong!

I am sure this is a nice place. I just wish they didn't turn off the outside pump for the ethanol free gas when they closed for the day. It is a 50 mile round trip to get gas for my mowers. I hate to leave empty handed. They leave the diesel pump turned on 24/7, but the race gas and pure gas is NO GO :-

My first time in Wardway was just before Christmas. I found out they carry the Yeti products and I wanted to get a couple for Christmas gifts. Also wanted to spend my money at local businesses rather than the big chains. This was perfect - very clean space and very friendly and helpful employees. They were able to answer all questions and even explained the return policy when I asked if the recipient could return them. A very good experience. My husband also uses them for our gas grill refills and has always been happy with their service. And you gotta love the sign.

All I can speak about is their fuel services. I ordered a full propane tank refill for my parents home that was under contract to sell. Office staff reached out to me the day before delivery asking if I truly wanted to purchase a full tank. The answer was No! But I was unaware the order could be changed. Thanks for going the extra mile and saving my parents estate some money.

The professionals at Wardway provide five-star products and advice. I will never go anywhere else for help with my pool. As a first-time pool owner, they have been indispensable in learning the basics and providing the resources for successful pool management. Every single issue I've had has been always been solved by a trip to the store with a water sample or even a phone call.

Each employee is courteous, and their knowledge level paired with their availability and eagerness to help in-person or over the phone creates an amazing customer experience. Can't thank them enough.

I had purchased a Big Green Egg from a different retail store several years ago and it needed some repairs. I called the original retail store numerous times to set up an appointment for repairs. I provided my name, address and what needed to be repaired. I was told that I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Now this was 12 months ago.crickets!

I am from the west side and now live in NKY. I stopped by Wardway and spoke to the staff and scheduled an appointment for the repairs. A repairman showed up on the scheduled date and completed the work. That simple! Great customer service. Highly recommend Wardway Fuel.

I can't say enough about Wardway Fuels. Their customer service is outstanding from top to bottom, from parts to sales, & service to installation. They are knowledgeable and they always have the pool parts I need. They continue to be there for me time and time again. They are absolutely the first place I go for all my pool, grill, and gas needs. There is no reason to look anywhere else.

Wardway is my go to shop for everything I need to keep my pool sparkling. Their store is stocked with all the chemicals and cleaners I need, and they also offer at home services such as pool opening/closing. Kevin and his team are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure they can help you.

I've probably driven by Wardway hundreds of times and completely ignored it, but it's permanently lodged in my consciousness now. I've been trying to replace the quick release valve that connects my 12-year old Weber grill's hose and regulator to the propane tank so I went online. I bought a number of replacements that were just plain wrong and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Weber customer service. Had I known about Wardway, I would have saved myself a lot of time and headache.

I stopped by with my old hose and regulator and they built me a new one with the proper connections in 5 minutes. On top of that, they said I could bring my tank in for a refill when it was empty, for a lot less than the tank exchange at Home Depot.
