Services
Are you at the beginning stages of a project and need to consult a cladding expert on the best ways to incorporate specific details? Do you have a completed design but need to resolve conflicts between aesthetic requirements and engineering specifications? No matter what stage a project is in and regardless of how large or small our involvement will be, our #1 goal on all projects is to exceed our clients' expectations. We find that the best way to do this is to first LISTEN. To listen to the desires of the owner.
KEPCO+ has experience working with a multitude of materials, including natural stone, tile, and terra cotta. Once a material is selected, the client can chose from numerous finish options. We can also order material samples for clients or potential clients to review. Preconstruction collaboration between all parties can greatly benefit the overall construction process, frequently improving the schedule, quality, or even budget. As such, we have provided design-assist services on over half of our projects, even when the project was competitively bid.
KEPCO+ has three decades of experience fabricating and installing custom panel systems. Panels can be fabricated while the building superstructure is being constructed. The building skin can then be installed in large sections, dramatically reducing the installation time required. Panels can be engineered to incorporate weep systems and other project specifications.
Because we are a custom cladding contractor, our systems are engineered to meet the needs of the client and the specifications of the project. This may mean that, rather than utilizing just one installation method, a project's cladding may be installed through a combination of systems. The information within this section presents a very basic overview of our systems. If you have an upcoming project, please contact us for more detailed information as to how our systems could be best utilized on your job.
