David came to price the job. He was clean, thorough with descriptions of the job to do and quick to respond to questions. After accepting the bid Joyce followed up with reminder of arrival for the crew to the jobsite. I was to expect 2 service men to do an all day job but 3 showed up and finished several hours early. Everyone at Chemdry was a pleasure to work with. Especially Chandler, the technician who came to our home. He was very knowledgeable. My wife and I were struck by his positive, courteous attitude. This is the company to use to clean your carpets! We have had two great experiences with Mountainview Chem-Dry, with our second being this week. They were able to schedule our cleaning for the next business day, and our technician, Cayden, worked very hard and was very kind and professional. Mountainview did a great job on cleaning my carpets. They were able to identify areas where our pets had accidents and clean them very well an efficiently. My carpets feels refreshed and look great considering the living they have been through. They were a little more expensive than I was anticipating, but did such a great job it was well worth the price. Our technician was very thorough and gave me several pricing options to take care of our needs. Will definitely use them again in the future!

This entire company was wonderful. We have a black lab & Mountainview cleaned our white slipcover furniture and got a stain out of a large white area rug with impressive results! If you need a carpet, rug or upholstery cleaned, I highly recommend Mountainveiw ChemDry on Clifford Rd. They exceeded my expectations. They worked with me to schedule rug pick up and delivery outside of their normal delivery times, clearly communicated expectations and times. Prior to service, I received several calls informing me of issues related to possible dye bleeds. Expectations and cleaning plans were discussed so I could make the final decision. Awesome service! Another plus is they will cut rug pads for you. No having to load your car with heavy rugs, unload for measurements, reload rugs and pads, then final unload.

We have used Chem-Dry for the past few years for our carpets and we recently used them for their grout cleaning service as well. The attention to detail in our foyers and bathrooms were top notch and I love the way our house looks when they are finished. The representatives are always professional, thorough and on time, and we never finish a cleaning without buying a few bottles of their spot cleaner (that stuff has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion.) I would definitely recommend the team at Mountainview Chem-Dry for your cleaning needs.
