They don't call you back. Never have I ever had to track down someone to get work done. They don't fix problems they've made. Had a slab poured for a hot tub. When the slab was poured it was poured on an angle making the hot tub not level. So they jacked up the slab and shoved rocked under it to make it level and cracked it. Dale said "if it becomes a problem we'll fix it." Well it became a problem.
So we contact them and this is the reply I got. "We want to help you, but doing the same thing again, is not an option, and neither is gratis work. We are willing to discount our previous proposal to you to find a happy medium" My reply was come and take your cement back. Haven't heard from them yet.

After getting a 'sunroom' addition I would like to share my experience so everyone has expectations based on this company. The sales guy was very engaged and very accommodating and ensured us that they would build us a top notch sunroom. pricing was not the cheapest but not the most expensive out of the quotes we received. That is about where the great customer service ended. we were informed that the project manager would be our point of contact throughout the project and he would be reaching out to schedule initial appointment in a couple of weeks.
Well a month went by with no contact so I reached out to sales guy and finally got an appointment. First day he was supposed to come. no show - I call project manager and then said he would be here tomorrow. no show AGAIN! this is with no call/text that he was not going to be able to make it! Third time we had a time scheduled and was running late which ran into my son's soccer practice. makes me angry just thinking about it. Anyhow, a week later I receive a text saying the windows they measured out could not be manufactured and that they would have to reduce the size. ok, not IB fault but still, not going to be a "sunroom" but more like an addition now.
However - the project manager could have come out to talk to me in PERSON and let me know options vs. sending me a text message. Rather than just go step by step I am going to highlight some key points ~Contract says interior trim would be 'premium color matched PVC coated trim coil' - no clue this was aluminum trip on the inside (my fault for not understanding what was in the contract).
This did not match the white wood paneling used so after the contractor framed 1 window, I called the project manager and asked him to quote me wood instead of aluminum as it looked terrible and wanted to switch. I get home the next day from being out of town and the entire room is finished with the Aluminum trim and I asked the contractor if he spoke with the project manager and he said no.
He ended up having to tear it all out and re-trim with wood. I was happy to pay the extra but he wasted an entire day's work of the contractor because he did not communicate! ~the project manager did not show his face/contact me for the last 3 weeks of the project. ~the painter was absolutely terrible - after one layer of paint I was called by a new sales guy to pick up the last payment - there were scrap pieces of flooring, wall panel, trim, sawdust, trash everywhere in the room and I asked if someone was supposed to clean this up and they said yes ~other issues that were left were trim around bottom of the door non existent, needed an additional 2 layers of paint and I eventually had to remove the door handle/locks and light sockets as the painter was painting in all different directions around them.
No paint on outside door and had to request. Bottom line is that I was told the project manager had several projects going on at once - I guess mine was a 'small' project and did not take priority. His communication skills were awful and did not manage this project. still never even came to see the finished project and sign off that it looked good!
The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was because the finished project looks good but if you choose to go with Ingram Brothers, be prepared to manage your own project or you will get taken advantage of (if I would not have been on top of it, I would have a 3/4 finished job). I work in the business world (in sales) and know the role of a project manager and would be ashamed if I sold a service/product with this type of oversight.
