To be up-front, I did not use these folks for the roof repair, although I would. It was minor work that was needed. Called Tobias, He immediately picked up the phone, both times. Told him my issue and he let me know they are stacked up on work. He inquired where the work was needed which is close to his house. Left me with the feeling that he would have me taken care of this week despite his busy schedule. By other reviews the work they do is quality, I can't speak to that.but I can tell you that responsiveness and customer care seems to be a priority at this outfit.

Tobias was so awesome. I needed someone to come out quickly and unblock my gutter. He and his team showed up first thing in the morning, with a quick text to let me know he was on the way. They got the job done quickly. Cleaned up after, and were just generally great guys. I plan to call them for any future roofing or gutter needs. Thanks!
