We've been using Dutton for years at our restaurant. They understand when equipment is down it effects your business and sales. From Valerie at the office to the guys they send out, everyone is so polite and gets right to the problem. They always show up on time and they're prices are reasonable. We always appreciate their honesty when it comes to our equipment.

Dutton really saved us! Had them out on on an emergency Friday night. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to get me going the next day. Reliable, efficient, friendly and in the end my home HVAC is as it should be. Jerold my technician even found an issue with the duct work from a previous repair in which I was cooling. Krebs of the crawlspace than the house and corrected that too. Could not be happier!

I own a small restaurant and these guys were absolutely wonderful to work with. Since we are small, a malfunctioning cooler or prep station can derail the whole day and mean tons of lost revenue, so needless to say I was pretty stressed out when I called them. From the person who answered the phone to the technician they dispatched, every single person I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional.
The price for the work was very reasonable and the repair man Kevin went out of his way to explain how/why the issue occurred and how we could prevent it from happening again. I've been doing this for over 10 years and they are the best I've worked with. Highly recommend.

Got the job done, but broke the ceiling of our freezer trying to fix our compressor. When i called to let them know about the damage they had done the women at reception put me on hold for 30 minutes to let me know that they cannot do anything about it with a nasty attitude. I own multiple restaurants and spent about $2500 on the repair, you would think they would be courteous enough to help or even just take a look at a simple repair. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

I had confirmed a scheduled date and appointment time with Dutton for 10/2 for 8a.m for preventative maintenance on a heat pump unit. They called at 7:59 a.m. the day of the appointment to say they couldn't make it after I had already taken time off from work so we then rescheduled for Fri 10/9 8a.m. Dutton showed up on the wrong day and time on Thurs 10/8 at 8:30 a.m. while I was working and I told them if they didn't need me to be outside to go ahead and complete the work.
The workers then left with no notification and I could clearly see by the condition of the unit that they did not complete the requested work. I called back to complain about the incorrect date and time and about them leaving without doing the work and I was given absolutely rotten customer service by their managerial employee Valerie. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to give me her supervisors name after repeated requests and hung up on me.
I called back and finally a different employee gave me the information I was requesting. After speaking with the supervisor Debbie, I was waiting to see if they were going to show up this morning as we had previously scheduled and they did not but instead sent a misleading and untrue email to my landlord. I don't care what their better business rating states, as they love to tout that! In this case not only did they drop the ball numerous times, they provided terrible customer service and lied. Buyer be ware!

Fortunately my customer service experience was different than the previous review. I left a message and Monica called me back promptly to take my information, and hour later Valerie called to schedule an appointment and since there was a serviceman in the area they were there in 30 minutes. Nick was polite and knowledgeable and although I did not get the result I wanted (an N'finity Wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast that crapped out after the warranty expired) he was very helpful and provided some thoughts on how to address the problem and some insight into what to look for (who knew there were different types of Freon). I would definitely use them again (but hope I don't have to). So often who you get as a technician (or salesperson or waiter) makes all the difference.
