I was so pleased with their service! They have great customer service, great prices and do excellent work. Joseph Silva was very professional and thorough. Will definitely use them again! James also came out to fix an issue at a rental property we have and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix the issue. Definitely will be our go to company for plumbing in the future.

James bielamowicz is the technician that took care of my problem today 2/7/2022. Very professional, on time, very thorough and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I have been using dial one Johnson Plumbing Heating and A/C company for over 4 years now. On my personal property and rent homes. I have never had any problems with any of the technicians they send out.

Like the fact that they send you a text to let you know the technician who is coming to perform the service and a email with pictures and your invoice for records. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing or a/c need. Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but for the price and the services they perform you are getting the Peace of Mind that the job is done right! The people that answer the phone's do a great job of asking the right questions to make sure the technicians are prepared for any problem you have.

It's very difficult to find someone you can trust in this business. But I have definitely found that in Daniel and the team at Dial One. He focused on the problem and didn't try to oversell any unneeded repairs. He was responsive even after hours and took pictures of what he was working on to help me understand the issue. Daniel did an awesome job explaining to me what the issues were with my heating unit and what needed to be done to getting it back to running properly. James and the other plumber that came out (can't remember his name) tried very hard to find the source of a random smell that we keep getting. They really went above and beyond checking EVERYTHING inside and out of the house. While we can't find the source of the smell, these guys couldn't have done anything more. They were so helpful in explaining the things they were checking and ruling out. So nice and polite. I would 100% use them again. Highly recommend.

Joseph was kind and professional. He explained what the problem was and told us how he could fix it. He was swift and gave us good quality work. He was safe by wearing a mask as we have a toddler and he took great pictures of the work so we could give to the city of Grand Prairie. I would recommend this company and specifically this worker.

Cannot recommend Michael from Dial ONE enough. we recently turned a house in East Dallas into an airbnb for short term rentals. Our very firsts guest checked in the night before Thanksgiving and unfortunately discovered that the hot water was not working. In panic I called multiple 24hour plumbers trying to find one available to come out on a Holiday.

Two plumbers agreed to come the following morning and I was going to use whoever showed up first. The other company showed up before this one and told us the pilot light wouldn't stay on and that the repair would be more costly than to replace it. They then charged us a service fee without the heater being fixed and told us they could replace it the following day for $1800.

Before I had a chance to cancel the Dail One Johnson, Michael from Dial One Johnson showed up about 20 minutes later. He re-lit the pilot light and told us they definitely did NOT recommend replacing the tank. Michael even went the extra mile to stay at the property 30 minutes after to confirm the light would not go out. Michael was courteous, professional and actually got the hot water BACK ON instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Their service tech Brian is the best and knowledgeable. I've used them now twice in 6 months for different issues on my new to me old house. Office staff is friendly as well. I will always use them. And they have coupons on their website

We used Dial One to inspect our home before purchase. They scheduled our appointment on short notice, made arranging for the payment easy, and did a thorough job. They called to discuss their findings and answer all of our questions. I would use them again, but hope I don't need to because we love our new home!

I wanted to share that you have a true professional and a fine young gentleman in James Watson. He has performed services at our home on two separate occasions. Sink, shower and toilet repair on first visit and a garbage disposal installation on second trip. We found him to be fair, informative and efficient. It's great to know that good people you can trust, like James, are there when you need them.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is. Called Dial One Johnson to do the job. Everything went smooth.

They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885. Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

These guys are great! Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems. They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate. In a few minutes I was good to go! They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated! Thanks guys!

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out.

In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Dial One has been my plumbing company for more than 10 years. And, there are many reasons for that. Again, today they showed up on time, and did a terrific job on the leaks and repairs. One thing I appreciate is that they give me options, when possible. I am always at ease when they are in my home, and with their professionalism. James did a great job today. Thanks so much.
