I purchased a pair of Cosatron LI 750 Units for a retail space which, upon delivery, 1 of the 2 units had an issue rendering it nonfunctional and in need of repair right out of the box. I then went out of pocket to repair the unit to which I was informed through terrible customer service that they were not going to reimburse me and only give me a credit towards future purchases.

I wont be using this credit and am left with a terrible experience from a company which boasted a superior product as well as customer attentiveness. I would never recommend this product nor this company to anyone in need of air filtration services.
