My pump motor had started to go out. It was my fault since a leak had started and it leaked right onto the motor. That will definitely cause problems. Many other companies were booked for weeks but Classic Pool & Spa was able to fit me in. Dwight carefully explained to me the different options for a new pump motor. I had an old single speed motor but opted for a variable speed one now. Dwight came and got to work right away, and was prepared with everything that would be needed. Additionally he fixed a leak I had, and he schooled me on my pool as well. I am so glad I went with this company. He even came back because there was some air in the system and fixed that too. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Fantastic service with extremely knowledgeable staff. He ordered and installed our new liner and provided fantastic assistance installing a heater for us. In addition, when we had balancing issues he helped us get our water crystal clear and learn more about chemicals with a new heater. High integrity service. Definitely recommend Dwight at Classic Pool and Spa.

We hired Dwight to replace our old vinyl pool liner. He did an exceptional job, measuring and ordering a custom made liner and installing it perfectly. NO wrinkles like the last replacement by Aqua Rec! It is beautiful. He gave accurate estimates in advance, was extremely efficient and even provided someone who helped with a chemistry issue we had due to metals and pollen when all local pool "experts" were unable to help us. This pool looks gorgeous now! I cannot say enough good things about this place! They have our business here on out.

On 7/13/18 I called and asked if they can service my Hot Tub. I had to say HELLO. because he wasn't talking. He then replied in a irritated rude voice, Well what needs to be done. I then said it is an older hot tube and some of the jets need fixed and in the process he cuts me off with ILL PASS. Once again dead silence so I have to say Hello again.
I then have to ask why will he pass and then sounding even more irritated replies because of the weather (BTW its July and my hot tub is under cover) and he did not having enough people who would want to do it. Worst customer service
