Weather Guard was very diligent in working with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. Many of our neighbors had no problems w/their claims for hail & wind damage regarding a Spring 2019 severe thunderstorm. Unfortunately our process needed a couple of additional steps to approve the claim in March of 2020. Weather Guard's hard work was further seen on the day of the actual install.

A crew of about 15 got to work before 7am and worked until the job was complete, around 8pm. They did a good cleanup job too. Our insurer also sent out a rep for a post install inspection and he commented on what good a job had been done.

I had my roof replaced by Weatherguard and they did a fantastic job from the estimate through to completion. My Project Manager, Daniel in Raleigh, was very transparent, honest and helpful with any questions I had. I'd highly recommend them.

Weatherguard was great to work with when my rental property had roof damage. The process was so simple from meeting Matt at the house initially for an estimate, again when the insurance adjuster came out, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof! Transformed the whole look of the house. Very reasonable and very easy to work with!

They did a great job on the day of the project, completing the entire roof replacement by mid-afternoon. Did a great job with cleaning up debris and nails as well. My only difficulty was getting in touch with the schedulers and at times would not get a call back for several days. It was a busy time of year after a hurricane and they assured me they would work on their communication moving forward.

WeatherGuard did our roof in February, and they were great to work with! They helped us work through the insurance process, and we quickly got the claim approved. The roof looks great, all the debris was cleaned up right away, and everybody was nice and professional.

We were satisfied with Weatherguard on this project. Even though it was a long project, it was during the big hail storm and almost every house in the area had damage. There were a few mix-ups but Weatherguard took accountability and handled them smoothly and appropriately. All in all, a satisfied customer.

We had hail and wind damage to our roof. Weatherguard took care of everything including contacting our insurance company, meeting the adjuster to look at damages and negotiating the proper type of roof that needed to be replaced. It was a painless and quick process because of their knowledge and professionalism. Scott (owner) truly understands the importance of customer service and building trusting relationships with his customers. Quality craftsmanship, personable employees, always timely, excellent clean up and follow up skills. Also, the best price of 4 roofers I priced out. Multiple levels above their competition, more than highly recommended, it's the only no-brainer contractor in my phone book.

Start to finish, Weatherguard promptly, friendly and professionally exceeded all the business norms i have dealt with in my life. I had my roof replaced by Weathergard in June 2015 and the experience and the results were terrific. We have had many hail storms in the Greenville, SC area over the past few years. I was hesitant to take advantage of the insurance situation (like most of the neighborhood did) to have the roof replaced due to damaged shingles. Many roofing companies came by after the big storms but it was only the Weatherguard rep (Aaron) that actually climbed up on the roof to take a look at it and give an opinion... go figure.

Everyone else said they could tell the roof was bad by looking at it from the ground, making me very skeptical, I am an Engineer by trade, very skilled in construction (but a roof is more than I want to tackle myself) and very skeptical of salesmen! So I took the local reference list provided by the Weatherguard rep and did some heavy investigating.

I visited 5 random references across the county, took a look at the roof, and asked the homeowners some questions and in each case they only had good things to say. I also checked out the BBB and found the only complaint was someone finding some nails in their yard, not a big concern. So I went ahead with the replacement. The Weatherguard rep handled all the insurance paperwork and setup.

I got a free upgrade to architectural shingles and picked the color. We were considering a non-standard color not typically in stock, so Aaron actually had to go track down a shingle sample for us to look at... so that was nice, it swayed our vote in the color choice. So our roof looks unique in the neighborhood compared to all the standard charcoal and slate colored shingles. .

The roofing team that came out did a fantastic job. They covered up the plants, tore off the old roof and the thousands of nails...., put down the new roof (including special valley water barrier that other roofers do not use), color matched and painted all the roof vents, picked up the thousands of nails on the ground, hauled away all the debris, and had it all done by 5:00.

The roof has not any issues, leaks, etc.. in the nearly year since then and looks great. A great look compared to the old 3 tab shingles.. And all I have had to do was pick up 5 nails in the yard that got missed, pretty good considering how many nails were removed. I have been very happy with the results and the experience was pretty painless. So I highly recommend Weatherguard Roofing if you are considering a new roof for whatever the reason.
