Mikita Door & Window is great to work with! They came out to our home several times before we actually signed the contract to work with him and his team. When Covid struck and the window and door industry was behind, They was communicative and totally professional. They worked so hard to meet our deadline and the contractors that came to install the windows was incredible.

These guys were so efficient and so clean that if it were not for the new windows, we would not have known they were at our house all day. Also, our windows are gorgeous! The entire neighborhood is talking about They! I'd recommend Mikita Window & Door to anyone in Long Island. Phenomenal company!

Mikita did an amazing job on our door. The owner and others installed on a Saturday, and what was supposed to be a couple hour job, turned into a lot longer bc there was an issue with our old door and the way it was put in. They did the job right, even though it took up most of their Saturday. Door looks amazing. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

Mikita Door & Window did a great job on my exterior door installation. I ordered a front door with side light and storm door. The contractor spent time with us picking out the right products and kept in touch as the products were coming in. Great attention to detail during the install and superior customer service. Everything from receiving a quote, to ordering the doors, to having them installed was a great experience. Mikita Door & Window came by within the scheduled time-frame and answered all my storm door questions. I am a really picky person and was a little worried about how the screen would look on my front door. He was super patient with me and made me feel good about moving forward. I really love the installed screen too - and it was affordable for my abnormally tall front door. A+++! Will probably be calling these guys again for my French or backdoors. Our exterior doors came out beautifully.

Love this company! We've had several projects completed by Mikita Door & Window. Today my husband had a beautiful French doors installed in our Massapequa home. Our entry doors came out beautifully! The contractors were on time and professional and did an amazing job. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Our experience with Mikita Exterior Doors & Windows was outstanding, from the beginning to the end. Our sales technician that came out to our home in Massapequa, assessed our needs and was professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell us, which was awesome! They sell quality windows and doors. I had been out shopping around for a new front entry door for our main home in Massapequa. I found Mikita Door & Window online after searching Google and liked what I saw on their website! After I called them and they proceeded to help me choose the exterior doors that were perfect for my home. Ordered a custom entry door. Was ready when they said it would be, AND was exactly as I ordered.

Very professional business- will be my only window or door supplier from now on. I thought this would be much harder to find what I wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and contractors at Mikita Door & Window, they are the best!

What can I say mike and his family have been more than welcoming and accommodating for all my needs pertaining to my new construction custom 8ft double doors (with transom and sidelights). At this time we are waiting for arrive from provia and mike has been on top of everything from day 1 with his communication. It should be noted Without taking a penny mike and dad came by the house 3 times and took measurements. Going above and beyond is all you can ask for!

I can't wait to get the door and have them install it! Another review coming but if my current experience is the same as the future I will be more than satisfied! Again Mikita is not just vendor who can provide a service but they become family! I can't say enough about Mikita. Great experience so far!

We replaced our entry door and added a storm door. The installers were on time, polite and professional. They solved an issue we were having with the door frame and installed our smart home lock & doorbell. They showed us how to work everything and even fixed a bit of caulking that was not perfectly straight. We are very happy with our new doors! If you are ordering give yourself an extra 2 weeks on top of Mikita's estimate - there are delays in manufacturing everywhere (various products) because of COVID.

I had installed two storm doors I could not be happier. Job was done right they showed up when they said they would and it looks great.

Loving my brand new vinyl windows from Provia. Mikita Door and Window was amazing! I simply cannot say enough. The installation was amazing the product is great and I'm so happy I got to deal with a stand up company. I always look to shop small. So this was my first and last stop. As soon as I went in there I was greeted with a bottle of water and I knew that this place was top notch.

The displays were perfect for what I was looking for and Corey and Michael were both very curdious to both my wife and me. We decided on the Provia Ecolite Window, which as I was explained to is Provia's lower line window but I felt that was all I needed. In the end the company is great you will definitely not be disappointed.

Let me start off by saying that I usually don't write reviews but from time to time they are warranted. I just felt Mikita did an amazing job. The quality of Provia is absolutely amazing. It feels like such a heavier door than my old one. The stain looks amazing and I already got so many compliments on the doors. I decided to go with the better Fiberglass which as I was explained to from Michael is that is the better Fiberglass to use.

What really sold me was how helpful both brothers were and how customized I could make the door. The lead time was extremely fast and about 3 weeks. Combined with the non usage of subcontractors I felt extremely comfortable. Thank you

*DISCLAIMER** The absolute best home improvement experience at my house for the past 25 years of living in New York. I never had any luck in doing any renovations on my home. I was always seemingly left unsatisfied everytime I had work done. I decided with the my husband that I was going to give Mikita a try. I came in visited their showroom. The place was very well kept.

I went over displays and saw the quality of some of their products. I'm telling you right now if you are in the market for doors and windows you have to stop here. 100% honest and the people as well as the products are amazing! Thank you

I ordered 9 Double Hung Endure Series windows from Mikita. I did some research on Provia because I have never heard of them. I absolutely love them! The quality I feel is amazing and even better than the Pella's that I had previously had. They are amazingly quiet. I made sure I got the LowE and Argon to save in energy costs. Bottom line Mikita gave me an extremely fair price for in my opinion the best window I could ask for.

I met with Michael and everything went as smooth as possible as soon as my windows were in I was called and we got them installed. The day of the installation they were here prompt and early. They helped me move my furniture and put the blinds back. Needless to say I am very satisfied and will be telling my friends and family about them should they need anything

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I called I received a quote and days later came into the store to take a look at the products. I had 4 windows I needed to change. They all had glass that was fogged and wouldn’t open or close correctly so it was time for new. I was happy with the demo of the window and as Michael described warranty was what I had liked the best. It is definitely a no BS type place and gave a very accurate price and amazing service.
