Jason was wonderful! An absolute pleasure! He was early for my appointment, friendly, courteous and kind. He knew what he was doing and even made suggestions because I had been given so many keys to my new home. He even told me about the community fair happening this weekend! I locked myself out my house on 7pm on a Friday and no one else would help me. This guy came all the way from Trenton to moroe in twenty minutes, had the door opened in like two minutes and cut my two spate keys right on the spot. Very professional awesome personality. Lifetime customer acquired.

This man is a Saint! One of the nicest guys in the world. I was visiting Michigan from WV and somehow managed to lose my ONLY key to my Cadillac. Kinda scary! Not only did Jason get it taken care of in about 20 minutes, he told me exactly what I needed to get. The price he told me was the price I paid, he never inflated it or gave me a bunch of bull. Jason was the most honest and sincere man I have ever cone across in his profession.

Others should take notes from him on customer service. I hope people really read and make their own decisions based on reviews because if I could give him higher than a 5, I would in a heartbeat. Jason was an absolute legend! Dude got to me in like 10 minutes and only took about five minutes! Not ONLY did he take care of my issue but he took the liberty to find my vehicles door code so that I wouldn't have to worry about this in the future! He came quickly, checked my paper work, and professionally replaced my automotive ignition key and remote, even adding an extra key to get me inside the vehicle should I get locked out - all with a substantial discount and at a lower fee than others. *NO BAIT AND SWITCH INCLUDED* I am a commercial Electrician and I know how hard it is to find trustworthy help, I had an attempted break in where my ignition had been destroyed and they were able to fix it and program it on site same day. They were reasonable and upfront with the cost and didnt take advantage of my predicament nor take payment until the job was done. I will always call them first for any locksmith needs.

I am wayyy overdue with this review. This company provided excellent service, from showing up at the appointed time to quickly fixing the problem and charging a reasonable price for it.

He came out to the house exactly as we planned and replaced my old handle with a new digital coded handle. He knew his stuff well enough to easily explain things to me and was also a really nice guy. Great response time, great skill set, great customer service. For to say that the customer service was stellar is saying a lot. I'd definitely recommend him and would definitely use him again. He is locked into my phone.

I sent out messages to four companies with the same information, and I appreciated that Jason from Local Locksmith Co. was able to provide a quote right away (already itemized and totaled) AND provided availability in his response, meaning I didn't have to go-and-forth to set up the appointment. :) I really appreciate when businesses make that part easier on the customer. We wanted a new house rekeyed because it was previously a rental. He was thorough and answered all our questions, as well as provided advice about what to do about a door that had upside-down handles. He had me test each lock with the old key, then the new key, for accountability and peace of mind. He also made sure the locks were oiled for the weather. I'm glad we ended up with someone running his own business, and he also gave his recommendations for other small biz owners for various projects we told about in the house. And yes, he charged what he quoted, and not a dime more.

Jason was very affordable, fast and efficient with programming my new replacement key fobs I bought online for my Ford Fusion. I'm glad he services the Romulus area because I've tried calling several other locksmiths and they were charging dealership prices. I know who I'm calling if I ever need a locksmith again in the future.

I lost my key fob while traveling and The Local Locksmith Company went above and beyond to get into my car and program not one, but two key fobs for me. It was not an easy job because my car decided to be difficult but this man worked tirelessly until the job was done and done right. If I ever need a locksmith again I will absolutely use The Local Locksmith Company again!

Jason did an incredible job. Super nice and very professional. He traveled to Belleville, and is also available to surrounding areas. I locked myself out and he got me back in within no time. I had a great experience with getting our key replaced on a 2012 chevy cruze. Jason was able to come out on the same day we asked for a new key. Within maybe 20 minutes tops he had a new key cut and working. He verified it fit both the door lock and started the car a few times before he was happy with the result. Not to mention he charged less than the dealerships outrageous prices!

My New Locks really bailed me out of a jam. I realized flying back to Metro from Denver that I could not find my keys. I called Jason from Denver and he scheduled to meet me when I arrived. In spite of flight delays, he and his wife were at Park-N-Go with 30 minutes of my arrival. He cut a new key, programmed it, and had me on my way with minimal delays.
