I wish all businesses made it this easy. Very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent advisory, I didn't purchase anything I didn't need. They said they would be here at 9:30 AM, they arrived at 9:31 AM; very punctual. Very polite. My job was replacing our condenser unit, repairing ductwork, and maintenance on our existing air handler. They were in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Frank & his crew are professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They installed my new system quickly, cleaned up both inside and outside. System is great, no complaints and my air is cold. Had service a few times because i hadn’t cleaned my condensation line and Fernando fixed everything and completely checked the whole system.

When we purchased this house (we are first time home owners) we had plans renovate the interior. We had not planned for the ac to completely give out in the middle of summer. Thankfully, Frankie was able to work fast around our working schedules to get us a new ac and install it fast. We have had a great experience so far and I can't believe it's almost been a year!

Direct Cooling replaced a blower motor on our Rheem AC unit. The tech arrived as scheduled, was professional, performed the repair without issue and the labor charge was reasonable. I would recommend their work to others. Following the previous repair, I contracted DC to install a new AC unit in our home. Found the owner and his installer to be pleasant, however, the attention to detail was lacking. Was left with sub par cooling for 2 days as blower set to low and they did not return to change this after complaint.

Wife was not happy with them or me for hiring such a non caring company. Cracked drain pan replacement was not installed with proper side insulation so air was blowing around coil. I installed my own insulation on the sides as I did not want them to touch system again. Large hole left where condensate line exits drain pan. I installed my own insulation again to cover this hole sucking air in from garage.

Place where indoor coil sits had holes to garage, again I installed foil tape to keep damp smells from being sucked into unit and house. Ground lug was not even installed to cabinet. Ground wire was placed through hole in metal case where lug should of been installed. Code violation thank you. Will get ground lug and install myself. Both my wife and me have sinus issues after unit installed.

Something still not right in this higher SEER unit. I really wonder if this AC unit will perform and be reliable due to installation issues I do not even know about. Not a good feeling but perhaps they got the rest right.

Frank from Direct Cooling was referred to me by a good friend. Both she and her mother have used Frank's services for years. I recently had 2 a/c units installed in my rental units. The units are great, and everything went smoothly including Frank's follow up on the inspection, permitting and so forth. His employees are respectful, professional and qualified. Frank has also maintained my very old unit at my house.

It will be time for a new unit soon. I will be calling Frank because of his promptness (very important when you have no a/c in Florida), honesty, fair pricing and the quality of his work. I feel that Frank has my best interest at heart and I will continue to trust his recommendations and work when it is time to purchase a new unit for my home!

We decided to go with direct cooling after speaking with the AC companies. One company wanted to sell us a bigger unit and Direct Cooling explained why that would not work. They answered all questions and were looked at the interior of the home and attic before quoting us which the other companies did not. Extremely professional!!!
