Will Birchall and his team are great! We had an area in our carpeting where it was rippling and Will restretched it for us beautifully. It was a difficult one because it was coming off of a couple of different angles. They cleaned all the carpets and area rugs in our home, steam-cleaned our tile, and resealed our grout. Everything turned out beautifully! We now have Will and his team come to do our carpets on a quarterly basis. I highly recommend them.

William was as professional and friendly as they come. I sprung a leak in my living room wall right after I had self-installed a wood facade paneling in my living room. Birchall Restoration was the top recommended restoration service in my area, and I couldn't agree more. William had a fast response, promptly coming over to set up fans and open up the wall to dry everything out.

I was immediately put at ease by his obvious expertise and friendly presence. He immediately demoed all the soaked wood paneling and hauled them away, cleaning up his workspace each visit. After making absolutely sure the wall was dry with testing in numerous places, William found excellent wood wall materials and within two days after my walls were dry, I had an even more gorgeous wood wall fully restored.

He takes pride in his work, is thorough, and is a true craftsman. The leak was an unfortunate incident for me to have happen as a new homeowner, but Birchall Restoration made the process seamless and pain-free. Now I have a beautiful wood wall in my living room, thanks to Birchall Restoration. :

Our realtor hooked us up with Birchall Restoration, to inspect some mold on a home we were considering purchasing. The owner, Will, tested it, and once escrow was closed, he removed mold in the attic on the support beams and in the garage. Will was responsive, started right away, and had good follow-up. He did a thorough job, including cleaning up afterwards.

We were so pleased with the work and his responsiveness, that when a plumber couldn't find the leak in the kitchen sink area, we called Birchall Restoration. We knew from our previous experience with Will, that he wasn't afraid to jump right in and investigate the situation thoroughly. Will responded right away and found the leak quickly. We needed the leak stopped and the new water damage repaired under the sink (damage to the melamine and drywall under the sink).

Throughout the whole repair process he gave us options and kept us informed. At the point we realized that the subtop was damaged and wouldn't dry, Will worked with us to demo the old countertops and prep the kitchen for new counter installation. He worked with us on the price (very fair). We recommend Birchall restoration for any mold or water remediation, demolition and repair work. We are very pleased with the work!

Will came to our rescue today when our outdoor drain was clogged and torrential rain flooded our driveway and then our garage. He was able to set up his equipment quickly to pump out the water and then cleared the drain (which wasn’t easy). After all the water finally drained away he got to work moving items in the garage to vacuum the remaining surface.

I think he was in and out in 2 hours. Thank goodness I called when I did and he was able to come so quickly as I don’t think I have any long term damage. Would definitely recommend.

Will and his crew did a fabulous job. It’s a long story but my dog flooded the kitchen. During the dry out process mold was found. Will did an excellent job of removing the mold while insuring the fronts of our cabinets did not receive any additional damages (besides dog scratches). The cabinets were rebuilt and returned. He worked with a fabricator and put in new counters tops.

Our previous remodel was in 2002, so we updated. Will and his crew put in a new farmhouse sink and fixtures. He also created a beautiful backslash for the new stovetop he installed. This took some ingenuity as the cabinets were specifically made for the old stove unit, and units have changed over the past 16 years. He also installed a new oven. Probably the best part of working with Birchall Restoration is their reliability, honestly and integrity.

It is wonderful to work with a group that shows up when they say they will. They never provide excuses, they just get the job done no matter the obstacles. Every step of the way they asked if our expectations were met insuring satisfaction throughout the project. Thank you Birchall Restoration!

Birchall Restoration just completed the water restoration and repairs on my parent's home and did a phenomenal job!
